Absolutely love this place. The food is consistently incredible with bold flavors and perfectly cooked dishes. You can tell real care goes into everything they serve.

Huge shoutout to Jayden and America. Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made the experience even better. Service like that really stands out and keeps people coming back.

It is not the easiest location for me to get to with the traffic, but I still make the trip because the food is that good. I would love to see more locations open in Midtown and Buckhead. The demand would absolutely be there.

Keep doing what you are doing. This place is special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a Korean, I think Kimchi Red has some of the best Korean fried chicken in Georgia! This Forum location seems to target more American and non-Korean customers, so some favorites like the Mala fried chicken and fish cake in the tteokbokki menu aren’t available. That said, the staff is extremely friendly, and I love the open, food-court-style setup — you can even try food from other spots at the same time. Perfect for couples, families, or just a casual meal!

The fried chicken was freshly fried and had a good crunch, but the flavors were just ok. The buldak ramen flavor didn’t have much seasoning on the chicken itself, just a lump of ramen on top. The other flavors were ok as well, but underwhelming. The japchae was ok as well. I would recommend their other location over this one.

Overall, decent fried chicken however not sure if I’d come again.

The young man at the register was very patient while I stood there trying to figure out what the heck to order. The bulgogi was okay, but appreciated it coming with rice and japchae and kimche. Drink was extra. Went on a Tues night so it was casual and quiet.

Inside the Forum food hall, tucked in the corner is this Korean Fried Chicken spot. Yes sounds like a dime a dozen but the flavors and the tenderness of each piece makes this chicken stand out. Juicy meat, crispy outside and tossed with just the right marinade. Had the soy garlic and it hit the spot. I was attracted to their bold statement being “Nation’s #1 Fried Chicken” and I have to say I can’t think of one better at the moment.

Kimchi Red is delicious and lives up to the hype for me personally! The portion size is enormous and be warned, when they say it is spicy, IT IS SPICY! I’d definitely come back if I had more people to eat with me.

Recommendation, eat it there, fresh and don’t get it to go as I’m unsure if the sauce on the side is the way to go!

Unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning at Kimchi Red again, which helped me realize why. Authentic Korean fried chicken traditionally does not use dairy, yet it’s present in their recipe. While the flavor was improved compared to my first visit, the chicken was dry and lacking depth.

I actually enjoyed the flavor, but it’s far from the best in Georgia. If you have a sensitive stomach, dairy allergies, or prefer food that feels more authentic, this may not be the right place for you. Warning: during my visit, a little girl was screaming about a cockroach at this location.

First time at this location. I love me some kimchi red and it’s nice to have this location as the closest one to us now.
Food was just as good. This was a little different experience from others since this is part of the food court section with 8-9 other restaurants. We went during lunch and there was still a lot of seating available.

This was our second time at Politan row in the Forum since they’ve opened & the first time we came Kimchi Red’s line was really long so we were definitely looking forward to trying them out this time.

One of the workers recommended we try THE BOWL which I don’t think would have been our first or second choice if we were ordering on our own. This Korean BBQ in a Bowl is very much worth trying. We choose the fried chicken as our protein and the bowl includes Japchae noodles, stir- fried kimchi, over white steamed rice, drizzled in spicy mayo and their KR gochujang sauce.

THE BOWL is very eye catching as well because as soon as we sat down the couple next to use couldn’t stop staring until they eventually asked if it was good haha, yes it was

This is the worse place. Do not GO HERE. they literally say open till 10:00 pm on their Google page but they didn’t serve us food. We got here at 8:46 and they said the kitchen is closed? WHAT THE HELL? we drove 25 miles to get here.

Edit to the owner who commented saying I came at 8:55 – THAT DOESNT CHANGE ANYTHING. I came 65 MINS BEFORE YOU WERE CLOSING. The “amazing” food alternatives I was offered were literally only the “korean french fries”. I came for the fried chicken and was extremely disappointed by the service, staff and how rude you guys were in our interaction.

I would encourage you all to kindly avoid this place at all costs!

Update – I was only offered the Korean French fry. Was not offered any chicken dish. Cannot believe you are lying to your customers about offering something I never got.
