I have NEVER EVER been able to receive hot food at the window after ordering whether in person or ordering ahead (and checking in on the app 5-10min. before arrival.) It’s honestly pretty wild. When I was a kid you could walk in here, name absolutely anything, order for 4-5 people and be out in 90 seconds. Ro think the workers shouldn’t earn more than $5 or $6 an hour is absolutely INSANE. Get it together as a corporation and as a country. Insanity! Stupid Dems.

Usually this McDonald’s will take my code even if it gives an error but this time they didn’t. You guys need to tell your higher ups the app is garbage. How is it my code “has been used” when I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in weeks? Make it make sense. And then to be told I need to chose a location when I’ve NEVER done that before. Do better

Order was accurate, even though I had to park like usual. At other locations they (or I) have to go back to get things missed about 75% of the time. These included drinks, sandwiches, fries, you name it.

Ever since this place was renovated and changed ownership, it’s terrible. Bad service. You’re lucky if you get your order right. Just picked up a mobile order and they forgot most of it making the wait longer. I could’ve went through the drive thru for all that. So I wait and then see no sauce for 20 nuggets. So I ask the worker and it’s “oh sorry” … 0/10. Can’t get good service anywhere anymore

Changing my review. Disappointed. 8/16/2024 8:00 pm. I got these spicy crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was terrible. You can refer to the picture added. Fries were cold and depressing. Changed my opinion about McDonald’s.

Definitely need more staff during the lunch rush. Left without getting any lunch as there was no one taking orders and people just standing around the kitchen waiting for food to come up. Someone came inside stating they had been waiting in drive-thru for over 20 minutes.

Kind staff and the food items are prepared correctly, but the order accuracy is the worst of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and of any place I go to on a regular basis. In the drive-thru and on DoorDash/GrubHub, items are missing almost every single time.

The person taking my order failed to use the 4 digit app rewards code even after he and I repeated it multiple times. That resulted in my having to pay full price and later claim the rewards manually on the app.
