I decided to try this coffee shop as a result of receiving a free drink coupon. When I pulled up, I waited about 10 minutes, and then a young lady approached my window and asked me to place my order. However, I could not see the menu, so I asked her for one. The employee walked away to get a menu and never returned, so when I pulled up to the window, I had to place my order with the cashier. Faith was the person who assisted me with placing my order for a medium vanilla latte, and she was very personable and sweet (great service and energy). In my opinion, the latte was very milky and had a very light coffee flavor. I’m a fan of stronger coffee flavor in my latte. There is a coffee shop across the street, in my opinion, that has stronger-flavored lattes. I realize after some research that this place is a chain, and I tend to favor the mom-and-pop local businesses. I have to admit, this place is always extremely busy, so in general, most people seem to like the coffee at this location.

I went on Saturday before they officially opened. The lines were long but the employees moved it along quickly. I ordered and got my drink way quicker than I expected. And they gave wonderful customer service. I’m so happy we have a closer location .

I’ve been here everyday since day one, so definitely considered a regular costume. Every drink I have gotten has been almost to perfect, they’re so yummy. I did try the cereal milk matcha that was featured on the menu which was as awful as it looks in my photo lol. Coffee may be really sweet & lowkey expensive but I still don’t mind if I want my coffee. The service itself isn’t the best considering majority of their employee’s immediately ask for your number every single time before even saying anything else to you so (I know it’s the point system but they don’t greet you) they do indeed rush to take orders.They’re also supposed to carry a conversation while the customers window is down no matter what. The lanes move very unevenly, it’s ridiculous and they really do take almost 15 minutes to get people through the 2 lines they have. I’ll be back of course because my coffee orders are just so delicious, they do a lot of freebies/jackpot days and it’s the closest coffee by me. Also giving A REALLY BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL EVONE She’s really nice and has the best costumer service out of all the staff members I’ve met so far!

my family and i visited 7brew during the grand opening promotional period and not only do they have a great menu but a lovely staff and efficient work flow! i’m not an avid coffee drinker but i know the stereotype is always being in a rush for coffee and they do their work quick and timely here! highly recommend! can’t wait to go back again!

Long wait for drive thru coffee. Price is reasonable and average to other places. My drink was ok nothing to rave about. Reminded me a little of Dunkin’ Donuts.

Stopped by this spot on a random day 2 weeks ago and has been back 4 times since then. The coffee is always fresh and the energy drinks are good as well! Shoutout to Nala for being so friendly and helpful in deciding how I wanted my Brewberry energy drink!
