Excellent food. Fries are good. Chicken is amazing. Juicy and fresh with perfect breading. Not greasy (for fried chicken), but extremely crunchy and the seasoning is perfect. It’s halfway between regular and spicy. It’s got a little kick, but not enough to burn your mouth, if you’re sensitive to heat. The sandwich beats out all other places, hands down. Finally, the breakfast biscuit sandwichs (served all day) are the best I’ve ever had, fast food or otherwise. They have real egg and sausage and the biscuits are the size of burgers and both crispy on the crust and pillowy on the inside. The only downside is that they are quite a bit greasy, but come on, you’re not going to be eating at Bojangles for the healthy options. Can’t recommend it enough, although they need to get their online ordering available through the app to streamline pick up orders.

Although it’s at a truck stop this is a great location. I was surprised how it still felt normal inside and not hectic like most fast food places that share a building with a gas station. Had to stop and try, as I’ve already heard Bojangles is banging and it def was it was all cooked well and had lots of flavor. We offered a 12 piece box and assumed it was the tenders for my friend and I and turned out it was whole pieces of chicken which for the price was great. Def a happy mistake could definitely feed more than two guys!

Great Bojangles!
This Bojangles is part of the Loves truck stop – convenient access to the freeway, plenty of parking, clean tidy restaurant area, fast friendly service and excellent food!
We’re traveling home from Mississippi and organized our trip to stop at Bojangles because I’m a big fan (grew up with Bo’s chicken, dirty rice and red beans) and never get a chance ti eat there (none anywhere near home – AZ)
The staff was very friendly and super fast! The food was AMAZING! And the manager brought us some Bo-berry biscuits to try out (SO GOOD!)
Definitely make this stop on your way through!

Service was subpar. Considering that it’s attached to a gas station, you’d think it’d be common sense to drop chicken when it starts going low. Expecting people to wait 20+ mins for chicken to be cooked and acting like you’re being inconvenienced to do your job is silly. They seemed glad that the stock was low and they didn’t seem enthused that they had to cook more chicken. Mind you, this was midday. Seeing workers and managers complain and have bad attitudes tells the story.

I was beyond surprised with the quality of the food. The chicken and fries were delicious and the biscuit was buttery soft and the mashed potatoes and gravy was great as well! The food came out fast within 30 seconds of ordering which is impressive nowadays. It’s a shame we don’t have a Bojangles in Northwest Arkansas because this out beats most KFC’s in the area.

First went to Bojangles in South Carolina this year, and was excited to see one coming so close to where I live in Arkansas. The chicken supremes are really good and so is the regular fried chicken. I tried a ham biscuit and it was super greasy and tasted like straight fat, absolutely don’t recommend that. I think they cooked it in pure oil and it tasted like I was about to have a clogged artery. The sweet tea is hit or miss, sometimes it tastes old. But the people that work there are always really friendly and kind. I just wish they cooked as good as the ones in South Carolina. It’s a little out of my way so I won’t be going there too often but it’s the memory of being with my bf in SC that keeps me happy. Glad to have our own Bojangles here.

I actually dined here twice in 1 day. First time was just a country fried steak biscuit with a bit of gravy. It was quite tasty and I must say their biscuit game is on point. One of the best fast food biscuits imo. Later on for lunch I had a 2 piece chicken (leg and thigh) meal with dirty rice, mac & cheese and a biscuit. The sides were both ok but I will say I think Popeye’s rice is a bit better. Again, the biscuit was gold. The chicken was decent but did have a bit of spice in the seasoning. Kind of like in between Popeyes’ mild and spicy. Their service was friendly and very fast. So I’ll definitely have to stop by on future trips through this area and at least get a biscuit.
