First Visit – Worth the Hype!
I checked this place out for the first time after seeing it on TikTok, and it definitely lived up to the buzz!
Right when I walked in, I was greeted warmly, no pressure to rush my order, which I appreciated. The menu had a lot of great options at really reasonable prices. I ended up ordering the chicken & sticky rice, sausage & sticky rice, and two chicken kebabs. Total came out to just $24! solid deal!
The cashier was super friendly (and lowkey cute ), but I didn’t get a chance to leave a tip, which I would’ve liked to.
The vibe here is chill. There are small tables and chairs if you want to sit and eat. Street parking is a bit limited and only good for an hour, but there’s more parking in the back if you need it.
Now, let’s talk about the food, it was frikin’ delicious and super fresh. The chili sauce? FIRE. Honestly, some of the best I’ve had in a long time but i only got 1 so was kinda sad. I was kind of expecting purple sticky rice, but I guess that’s on me for not asking.
Overall, I’d 100% recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back whenever those sticky rice cravings hit.

Everything taste good! Papaya has a fresh taste which is to my liking. Would like the pork belly to be crispier but the tenderness definitely hit the spot. Raw laab is amazing. Stuffed chicken wings is cooked perfectly. Pork stick is good too. Will definitely be back.

Great food overall! The steamed poppano fish is perfectly done, and the angel wings are delicious. I do wish they offered traditional Hmong pepper—green pepper with cilantro—which would truly be a game changer. The pepper paste is decent, but having traditional Hmong pepper would take everything to the next level business wise. Other than that, it’s a great spot for a quick, tasty bite.

I was traveling during the holidays from Texas and was looking for a good place to eat in this city. I found V-Kitchen Asian on Google and decided to stop by after seeing the food photos.
I ordered grilled chicken with sticky rice, crispy pork belly, beef larb, stir-fried pork stomach, and pork ears. Everything tasted exactly how authentic Asian food should taste. I was truly happy with this meal.
The staff who took my order was very friendly and welcoming, always smiling. The food was reasonably priced, generously portioned, and packed well. The sticky rice was soft and delicious, the grilled chicken was smoky and fragrant, the crispy pork belly was perfectly crispy outside and tender inside, and the beef larb was absolutely amazing.
I really hope they open a branch in Texas someday!

Pork belly with purple rice was great. Egg rolls were fried perfectly. Would definitely come back! Customer service was also super friendly and helpful.

I really wanted to like this place. Interesting menu and a pleasant and friendly server. I kept it simple and ordered the Pad Thai and egg rolls. The egg rolls are not made to order but come off a warmer so I wasn’t expecting much from them and that’s what I got. The Pad Thai noodles were overcooked and was mostly a big ball of sticky pasta. The flavoring was okay, nothing that stands out. The shrimp were however cooked perfectly. I was disappointed but plan to break habit and give the restaurant another try.
