Do not go to this location at night during their second shift crew, got home to find half my order was missing that I paid for, and when i called to ask for a refund or void transaction Amir the Manager just told me to come back that he couldn’t do anything for me, and he would not list out the corporate line so I could be refunded….slow staff and very incompetent

July 29, 2025 ***UPDATE*** LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!!! RUN!!!! By far the worst Panda Express out there!! Tried to give it another go and the noodles are so greasy its not funny, and I swear the hiney walnut sheump had to be made yesterday and its 5pm!! Please run from this place!! Its ao bad!! Dont say i didnt warn you!!! Literally threw mine away!! They charged me an upgrade on premium shrimp and ot was freaking DISGUSTING!!! They should be made to ot what they serve!!! I cannot STRESS how bad it was! I ahoukdve taken it back!! Smh!!!!

This is why I quit eating at Panda and I hope it lets me post the pics. I ordered the Chow Mein an I swear there’s a whole damn head of cabbage in there. I’m not exaggerating! If I wanted cabbage I would go to a place that serves it! There was very little noodles at all! Idk, I use to love this place but it’s going down hill. Seems like everything is greasy and the egg rolls are always cold!! Just lost a customer. Wish the experiences could have been better.

As someone who comes here all the time and orders the exact same thing, I’m always satisfied. When I read these reviews, I don’t know how the service is so different for other people. The people that work there always try, know me by name, and seem like they care about what’s going on. Do not let unhappy people ruin your experience at this Panda. They do care and will take care of you if you show them respect and dignity. I’ve never had an issue with food quality, food poisoning, or bad service. The bathrooms are always clean or barely dirty when I use them. I’m a plumber I would know ‍♂️. Tha and Zha are the best. There are bunch of other people but I don’t know all their names . Just know, these negative reviews are a bad reflection of what is actually happening. I go here whenever my job takes me by there religiously. Probably, 10 or more times a month.

Fast Exit
Employees are very disorganized. Placed an online order 20 minutes earlier, arrived at the location at the drive-through and they could not find the order. They asked for the order number but half way through me saying it, they stared talking to other people and never typed it in anywhere. After 15 mins, they finally found it and only then started making it. I then had to wait for things to cook. When the brought out the order the meals were packed sideways into the bag with juices pouring into the bag.

Ordered panda online for pickup for dinner last night & was super surprised by the drive thru line! it was very convenient and fast! the portions were generous and the food was still warm, despite running a few minutes behind on pickup time! we will definitely be returning!

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead, or ordering at all at this point, from this location. Placed a door dash order 30+ minutes ago, driver is there, still WAITING on order. Isn’t the first time, it’s happened multiple times to me going to pickup myself. They completely ignore anything online until you arrive, and then ignore you until you speak up and demand service. Absolutely worthless location, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Came to visit on a Thursday night ordered two bowls and one plate. I was told by the person in the drive-through that it would be a wait on super greens. I agree to wait. I was told to park in the front of the building after 25 minutes of having to wait. I watched a lot of people get their orders as well as leave the store with their food. This I decided then to go into the store to get my food for myself. I go in my food is still not ready. In addition to everybody was just standing around looking at me as I was talking about me waiting in addition to someone else standing there on her Cellphone without a uniform on watching me and listening to me talkto the point where I had to ask her does she work there and she said no. I’ll talk to the manager and told him that it was a very big inconvenience to have to wait for 25 minutes for some greens to cook. He responded and said that was no longer the greens that we’re cooking. It was then the Chicken. After I got done talking, he offered me something for free and asked me what could he do for me? I told him it’s not about me getting something free. It’s about the principle of the matter I wouldn’t have came through the drive-through if I was gonna still have to wait 30 minutes for some super greens and some chicken I’m highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location. If I wanted to come in and get my own food, I would’ve came inside to get my food instead of going through drive-through. If I wanted something free, I would’ve cooked at home.

Ordered teriyaki chicken and it was old, slimy, and mushy. Completely killed my appetite and didn’t eat more than a bite. Called for a refund and offered to drive there to show I hadn’t eaten any of my food. They said they could only remake my plate. Please consider choosing somewhere else as I am concerned for someone getting food poisoning.

We were in Panda Express last week. We had three different people to feed. One which doesn’t like the vegetables in the noodles. This particular day the vegetables out numbered the noodles 3 to 1. However, Dustin was on it. He showed us all the noodles were on the bottom on the bowl. He carefully extracted noodles and kept out the vegetables. At home it was a complete success. Dustin your thorough thoughtful customer service was kind and exceptional. Thank You.

This is the second time I’ve been to the S. Church St. location and it is the second time they have short changes us or not give us correct amounts back. The first time the woman did not give me any of my change back and claimed it’s because of the penny shortage. The second time, another lady tried to not give my sister her change back either. $25.56 was the total, she gave them $25 in bills and $0.61 in change. The lady put in $25.60, took her penny and the receipt showed she owed her $0.04 back, which she did not give to her. Then she got another penny from her just so she’d give her the correct amount back.
It is very frustrating when restaurants take money from the customers, when if it happened vise versa- cops would have been called for theft. Is this not theft- Short changing customers and refusing to give back proper money owed?
