Amazing pizza, definitely the best around! I have been coming to our place in Canaan since 1991 and this is the best pizza by Far. Ingredients are fresh, the dough and crust is phenomenal and Danny and staff are top notch! There is plenty of space in the updated and renovated building with Billiards and a counter. This is our new favorite place to eat around town, will be back next month!

It was a busy place on a Saturday night, but we expected this and showed up around 7 as the early rush was clearing out. They’ve got a small tap selection and some great canned local beers. Expect to order up at the front instead of having your order taken at the table. Several fun pizza options, and the ability to make your own. Our pizza (prosciutto & pineapple) was excellent! We devoured the whole thing. One pizza and one salad was plenty for two hungry skiers. In short, excellent pizza and a fun, if lively, place to get dinner in Thomas.

The restaurant was clean and modern with friendly staff. I felt the prices were a little high but not extreme!
One thing that I wasn’t crazy about was that they only had canned sodas rather than fountain style.
The pizza was quite good, crust, toppings and sauce were all really good quality!

This had some of the best pizza I have had in a while! We came here twice on our trip. It is the perfect way to start a trip and end a hike.
The pizza comes in one size. It is perfect if you are hungry or you can take half home if you have a smaller appetite.
I loved the Spaghetti Pizza – It is the best of all worlds! Besides the mozzarella, there was sauce, some noodles, and delicious sliced meatballs. I got it both times.
They also have local beers and hard ciders.
Good amount of seating inside and a lovely area in the back with a few umbrellas. There is a second floor eating area, but it was not open when we were there.
One bathroom.
Service can vary. The first time, we were given a beeper and had to pick up our own pizza and plates and then bus our own table afterwards. Second time, the cashier took a name and brought our pizza out to us outside and brought plates and utensils, then we bused our own table.

Delicious wood-fired pizza and killer salads. The pizza crust is perfectly charred and chewy…some of the best we’ve had. Added bonus is the pizzas come out in a matter of minutes! The salads are huge and a bargain. The Thomas is only $8 and full of pistachios, arugula, craisins and goat cheese. My new favorite! Perfect place for a post-hike/kayak or pre-Purple Fiddle dinner.

Excellent pizza, great service, clean. We ordered the White pizza and the ricotta was so creamy and good. We also had the sweet and spicy, which the jalapenos have the seeds still, so bring Tums, but the added BBQ is sweet and tangy as well as a sweet red marinara as a base, we loved it! The Unicorn Farts Sour Session with edible glitter on tap was a fun experience. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the sun, our food, and the amazing smells coming from the brick oven! We will be back!

Super tasty pizza and great staff! Pretty picky crust people but their’s is hand tossed and not to thick or chewy! Good proportions with the toppings and a good proce point.

Excellent pizza! Probably the best pizza all the way from Thomas to the PA border. Had a red sauce pizza with mushrooms and meatballs. It was excellent. The crust is excellent. Very happy with the food.
