Refuse to take coupons in the drive through even though theres nothing posted about this in the drive through or on the order kiosk. Prices are through the roof and I regret even trying to go. The workers are usually rude and ignore you.

Our sandwiches had no cheese, and my daughters 6 inch ham was smashed and the bread was hard and flaking. Very disappointed in the quality. We ordered through the drive through. When I called to discuss, there was no manager present and they asked me if I wanted to come back and get the cheese. I declined.

i have tried to go here multiple times, every time i get my food it is cold. it never fails. i got a steak and cheese melt and it’s cold and the cheese isn’t even melted. Paid $17 for cold food.

I ordered the $5 nachos. They charged me $7 plus tax. So said “the sign says $5.” The employee said “it’s only $5 for the cheese nachos.” Okay then why at every other Subway I’ve been to they are only $5 for chips, veggies, cheese, and meat? Also, she put a tiny line of nacho cheese sauce so I asked for more. She said it would be an extra charge. Okay so you’re telling me your basic nacho is the cheese nacho for $5 but I’m paying $7 and I can’t get a sufficient amount of nacho cheese? At the very minimum they should take the sign down that says the nachos are $5 and shows a picture of the one with the toppings and meat on it. Also, I know this Item is marketed towards people on a budget and someone coming in to order a $5 nacho might only literally have the $5 so they should really rethink their tactic to scam people out of money.

The owners are stingy with the portions. I have been to other Subways throughout the state. I a ordered a veggie salad and he only filled the container half of the way. He gave me 2 peppers, 3 olives, etc. I saw them make a sub that should’ve been called a French loaf because there was hardly any meat on it. They them charged me 8+ dollars for a side salad portion. I won’t be back.

This place is a mess. A few days ago i placed a mobile order and the bread was wrong & there was almost nothing even in the sandwich . & then today , i go to place a mobile order for a different location (greenfield , who are always sweet and make my stuff right) and I accidentally placed it for this location. Once I realized, I immediately called the store & asked them if they could cancel it or tell me how to. The woman who answered hung up on me twice. I called again and she gave the phone to a man & he said he would check on it and asked me to hold on a sec & then hung up on me too Needless to say , I reached out to corporate because this place is a health hazard and terrible .

Took my sandwich back because it had the wrong sauce on it. They tried to just add the correct sauce and I had to ask them to remake it. My original sub (#99) comes with double cheese on it and when I saw the new one come out of the toaster, it only had 4 slices, which is half the normal amount that goes on a footlong. Just a bad experience overall, and not the first bad experience we’ve had. I don’t think I’ll be back..
