Decided to order pizza for delivery. I placed my order online. Within about thirty minutes, the pizza arrived. Delivery service was friendly. I opened my pizza up only to see that they added pepperoni to my pizza and I only asked for chicken on one half of it. There was also no tomato sauce on the pizza. The pizza was not hot at all. I called the store and they remade the order which was correct upon arria but again, barely any pizza sauce and I had called a second time to let her know that there was none on the initial pizza and she verified that it would be corrected. Sadly not!!! Not ordering from this store anymore. I do like pizza hut but their quality is just really not that great anymore.

We put our order in 20 mins ahead of time, text said it was ready as we pulled in with our camper headed out of town, no one was there until after 5 minutes of listening to phone ring non stop I hollered out and there was exactly ONE employee on a Friday night. I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’m sure it won’t be discounted or allowed to be…typical Pizza Hut nonsense, whoever is running this place is incompetent to say the least.

Placed a $41 order for delivery,the order was incorrect, tried “4 times” to get ahold of the manager,as it would ring 15 times,then a busy signal!! Even going thru the order connection on the phone. “The Kid” this morning,smiles and says I’m “sorry” so be wary people,these are Only kids making your order,if delivered, check your order Before the food Uber leaves, otherwise you’ll Never get a reply!!!

The food is generally hot and fresh but do not order extra anything because you won’t get extra. I ordered extra bacon and did not get extra bacon on my pizza. I paid for extra bacon but did not get extra bacon. From now on, I will just add an extra meat, I will not order extra of one meat because they give you the same amount either way

I went to go pick up my food I ordered online and when I walked in to pay I asked the young lady if I could take something off of my order. Her manager asked me the reason and they both had an attitude. I then gave the young lady Mya at the register $10, but she reiterated that my total being $9.58 and I was missing $1 or .58. I let her know I paid $10, but gave her the extra $1 anyway. Customer service can be better as well as more attentive cashiers.

The food was s great but when I went to pay for it, they refused to accept my Regions bank card because quote “management made a decision that Pizza Hut management will not accept credit and debit cards if the CVV# starts with a 0 (zero). The CVV numbers on cards are random computer generated numbers and do not have any significance on the card. She lied to me for some reason because surely management cannot be that ignorant and stupid. They would never have gotten a management position if they were that clueless as to how money and payments work. Having your employees actually tell customers this ridiculous false information really makes upper management look incompetent. I think management should’ve made sure their information was 100% correct before having employees tell customers that B.S and pissing off them off. The girl that told me this, implied and insinuated that something was wrong with my card. Very condescending and rude. I am sending a copy of my complaint, to the Pizza Hut Corporation
