I had a delivery order that was incorrectly set to this location, and when I had requested it be canceled the staff shuffled me between multiple members, who I had to repeat myself to each time because they could barely hear me as they were speaking with customers in person, before they ultimately hung up in my face.
The delivery order sat for almost an hour before a driver was finally told that only the store could have canceled it, because the customer service from this location was seriously lacking. I would not recommend this location of Charley’s Cheesesteaks.

Ordered the special edition kimchi cheese steak and it looked exactly like the regular. It does taste different, but not really like kimchi, and not great either. The amount of meat was also very pathetic….they definitely skimped out on the steak.

I wanted to leave a review because I’m surprised this place has such a low Google rating. The cheesesteaks and fries are fantastic, I’ve ordered pick up from here about ten times and it’s always been fresh and my order is accurate. The bread is good and chewy; I’m really picky about sub rolls and these are some of my favorite out of the local chain options. As far as cheesesteaks go they are way less greasy and sloppy than most and they don’t get soggy and fall apart.

Please go in and order your food instead of going thru uber eats that way you can check your food before being stuck with it because I don’t know what the hell they gave me. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and they just slapped that mess together. It was undercooked and the absolute worst . I will never order from this location ever again. The security mall location is the best but I was out the delivery zone. 15 dollars gone down the drain
