So frustrated! Drive for hours and just wanted a quick meal but it went from bad to worse just trying to order 3 sandwiches.
I have a picky eater and asked for a sandwich with only salami and provolone. They charged me for a #5 Vito with extra salami and nothing else! The sandwich came with all the things and when I asked for a new sandwich they gave me a lil John with barely any meat on it, when asked about it he told me that was double meat. I wish I had a photo…it was pathetic. They didn’t ring up our drinks and the manager avoided me at all costs when I was asking for some clarification about the size/small sandwich they gave me.

Freaky slow. We were on the 1,000+ mile drive home from thanksgiving and wanted something quick for lunch. Unfortunately, in addition to taking over 25 minutes to get two sandwiches, they added extra mayo to the tuna salad unwich (tuna salad is already mayo based). It was so soupy and dripping all over the place that I couldn’t eat it.

We decided not to eat there as one of the employees was shaking out the floor mats and the dirt, etc. was flying everywhere. When we commented on it, we got a ‘deer in the headlights’ look and no real apologies from any of the three women working there. Food had to be contaminated by all the dirt flying around. We were staying at the Hampton Inn right behind this location. Very sad, extremely bad cleanliness practice!.

Last week, we stayed overnight in Meridian after a series of doctor’s appointments. With our dogs in tow, finding a restaurant was a challenge due to the rain and limited availability of dog-friendly places with outdoor seating. Luckily, we stumbled upon Jimmy John’s nearby and were eager to try it out. Being huge fans of Jimmy John’s, this location did not disappoint. Our visit to the Meridian Jimmy John’s exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious as always. Thank you, Meridian Jimmy John’s, for a wonderful experience.

Mr. Johnson and his staff did such an amazing job in 2024, that we just repeated with them again this year. They fully accommodated our increased food requirement and delivered right to the Copeland Center. Amazing experience. We WILL repeat again in 2026. Jimmy John’s catered a large training for us recently. I called a week in advance and spoke with Zac Johnson. The ordering process was easy. Everything for this very large order was handled perfectly and arrived right on time. The delivery charge was minimal. This order was all handled remotely and I cannot thank Zac enough for making things go so smoothly. We will definitely use Jimmy John’s for our next training event. Thank you!

Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. Watched the crew mess up several orders ahead of me and waited 20 min for my sandwiches and was one of 2 parties in the place. Also the manager on duty did nothing to help. I would not dine here again.
