Probably one of the best bakery/markets I’ve ever visited. Excellent food and gift items. Comfortable family atmosphere and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Definitely consider stopping by if you are anywhere in this part of the country.

Beautiful flowers out on their front porch!!!!! Wonderful service and a lot to choose from inside in the market area!!! If you are traveling on U.S. highway 27 and are not from the local area, I highly recommend you stopping here. You will not be disappointed at all. I’m also going to add the hours that they are going to be open where that will also help travelers, here are the hours of operation: 9am to 6pm, Tuesday- Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Met a couple from Tallahassee today and like I said I highly recommend this place. If you are coming from Columbus, Georgia going south on 27 please stop by and see these friendly people. Peace Valley and the owner close every January during the calendar year. They reopen in February each year.

Absolutely love this place!! The owner is very sweet and goes beyond to accommodate you. There is a great variety of everything to choose from. Everything is homemade. I highly recommend the chocolate and strawberry cakes, although there are several flavors to pick from. It’s the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious as well. Everything is wonderful lol! They take pre orders and walk-ins. It’s totally worth a visit.

Their home- grown strawberries are the best I have ever eaten. So sweet —I put up 15 -quart bags in the freezer (yesterday). I take out the stem and the white core. Wash and dry on paper towels and freeze whole. They last me all year on yogurt, cereal or pound cake with cool whip. No extra sugar is needed.
The oatmeal raisin cookies are so delicious. Not too sweet. I eat them for dessert or with my breakfast yogurt. And they are big and thick.
The tiny loaf cakes are a favorite. The date-nut is so good!! Not even butter is needed. So moist.
David and Cindy have always been like family. Thank you for all the wonderful years!!!

Great place to stop. The sourdough bread here is great, and the sweets are really good too. There’s lots of other things in here too – spices, ingredients and things like that which are all fresh. Surprisingly there’s also a great display of really nice wall clocks – I might actually get one on my next pass through. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and be sure to let them add in their very thoughtful literature to your bag when you check out. Even if that’s not your thing it’s very thought provoking and worthy of a conversation with your own family while you drive. Great people, great little store!

These cinnamon rolls were still hot when I purchased them and OMG they were FINE. there are so many things to pick from it’s hard to just pick one thing so if you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go I will for sure be back this was my first time in I have heard about it for years but really didn’t know where it was located so I was passing by and was wondering what peace valley was so I looked it up on Google maps and I had to do a U-Turn so if your haven’t never stopped you must do so.

This is an Amish bakery selling a mixture of baked goods, repackaged bulk food items, small selection of meats & cheese, a small amount of fresh produce and homemade soft serve ice cream. The store was clean and and friendly. Prices slightly high. What we purchased was good
