If we could give this 0 starts we would. Very disappointing visit. We stopped here for lunch while traveling, which took us out of our way and unfortunately the experience was awful. We arrived to an empty store and were not greeted. There was a half-eaten biscuit and crumbs sitting on a table that was there when we arrived and still there when we left.
The music was blaring so loud that we could barely hear the employee taking our order which led to a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth “hugs” and “what’s” while ordering, and made it impossible for my husband and I to have a conversation while eating.
Our sandwiches were sloppily made—my husband’s wrapper had mayonnaise all over the inside, which ended up all over the table and his pants and seemed to have been done on purpose.
To make matters worse, the price of the meal was not worth it. The sandwiches seem to be getting smaller and poorly made, while the combo prices continue to increase, making it a poor value overall.
I would not recommend this location and may not continue with Jimmy John’s at all.

Ordered online for pick up, the gentleman packing up the orders was extremely polite when I asked about my order, it seemed as though he was new and training. Several customers were there for pick up and others were asking about their orders as well. A woman who was making sandwiches was extremely rude to the other employee and customers, I felt bad for the guy. I asked for her name when I left, ID’D herself as Kate. When I got back to my office to eat I realized they forgot half the meat on my sandwich. Not sure if this is retaliation for Kate having a bad day and taking it out on everyone around her, or if this is how JJ’s is making their sandwiches now. Not a great experience all around.

Awful service. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins for one sandwich. Yes, it is a choice and not a requirement to sit and wait for less than kind service. I pulled up to the window and the young lady proceeded to look at me several times without opening the window to get payment or to hand me the sandwich,that sat for over 5 minutes. And the gentleman who took over for her as she was obviously overwhelmed by the job proceeded to tell me that the sandwich had only been sitting for 2 min no longer. Please don’t answer a question you don’t know the answer to or lie about it. Lack of accountability for subpar service.

Person working drive through this day was barely audible and the same was true at the window. Clearly someone hurt him by his demeanor. He was very lacidasical when he handed me my order and just let me receipt fly away. If its that deep just call out for real.

Please please do not eat at this restaurant. They made my kids turkey sandwiches wrong and when I went to the door to let them know it was locked and by that time the drive-through had 12 cars waiting so I just went right up to the drive-through window and told them they made my sandwiches wrong for my three young children. They slammed the window shut and told me that I needed to wait at the back of the 12 cars so that they could make my sandwiches right in addition to that the place is dirty and disgusting who locks the restaurant doors at 6:30 on a Thursday night this place does not deserve customers.
