So much flavor!!! The beef is perfectly grilled. The chorizo is delicious.Amazing customer service. Delicious and fresh food. So kind and helpful. Amazing food! If you want to try real Venezuelan cuisine, this is the place! I tried to find a legit Venezuelan restaurant, and it was hard to find, but this is the real deal!! I got the beef bowl and empanadas, and both were delicious!!! The owner, Armando is so kind and welcoming, he really wants you to experience his food and taste Venezuela! Amazing hidden gem – don’t judge it by the location!
I found El Tizon Latino Grill through Google reviews and decided to give it a try with my wife. But when we arrived, we almost left—it’s a small restaurant located inside a gas station, with a cozy spot for guests at the side. Honestly, we were hesitant, and my wife didn’t even want to step inside at first.
However, I decided to check it out by myself, and that’s when I met the owners, Armando and his mother, who were absolutely adorable. I explained the situation to Armando, and he kindly offered me a sample of his delicious steak to bring to my wife. The moment she tried it, she changed her mind and we both decided to stay—and I’m so glad we did!
The food was an incredible experience. Armando makes one of the best Top Sirloin steaks (or Picanha for us Brazilians) we’ve ever had. It had a wonderful smoky flavor, and the steak was perfectly juicy and tender.
So, don’t judge this place by its cover! Give El Tizon Latino Grill a try—you won’t regret it!

Tizon Grill is a hidden treasure! Every dish on their menu is a winner, but my personal favorite is the Beef Bowl with Yuca and Pico de Gallo. The beef is incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the combination with yuca and zesty Pico de Gallo is simply outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a must-visit for any food lover!
I’m thrilled to share my second visit to El Tizón Latino was an absolute delight! I had the pleasure of trying their newest addition to the menu – the Tizón Sandwich, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
Here’s another. I revisited last week and had to try their famous cachapas with picaña, and I must say it was delicious. My new favorite and another must try!!

Wow! Just wow! The picanha here is DELICIOUS!!!! The “supremo” sandwich out of this world (picanha, chicken and sausage). Armando is very friendly, professional and excellent service. Will definitely come back very frequently, no more trips to Miami!

The saying is true, never judge a book by its cover. I walked into this spot welcomed by good music and a very friendly owner. He gave me a sample of the beef and sausage, and I didn’t even need to try the chicken to already decide what I wanted.
The food was authentic, healthy, and flavorful – I’m blown away at how tender and flavorful the meat was.

Armando has the best customer service i have experienced in West Palm Beach, don’t let the location fool you. This is a place of high standards and great food. 1st time here, tender premium beef with a smoky flavor, potatoes are super tender and flavorful, sauces and sides are top notch. Empanadas are delicious, dough is on point! Nothing bad to say at all. I’ll be coming back the same day to try the civeche. It’s typically ready around lunch time.
