The food is always amazing and the young male server is always super polite and always has a great attitude! JACKS is my family’s new favorite place to eat in Purvis! The food is wonderfully delicious and affordable, best biscuits and gravy.. if they could add tomato gravy that would be the only thing the are missing in my opinion

This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Jack’s. I visited the Purvis location because I was having my motorcycle worked on and it was getting close to lunch time. I ordered at 11:29 am on 1-21-2026. I bought the Big jack meal number 1, asked for a large fry and what I got looked like something from the kids menu. The fry was at best 3 inches wide and 3 inches tall with maybe 10 fries inside of it. The burger was at best the size of 2 McDonald’s regular size patties found on their regular size burgers for $1.60. I had no onion, no pickles, sparse lettuce and a thinly sliced tomato. It cost over $9 dollars and in my opinion it was something you would find on a kids menu. The fries were great and the burger was really good but I would expect an adult size fry and burger and not a kids size fry and burger for what I paid. This will be the last time I ever patronize Jack’s. Remember the first impression is everything. I will continue to patronize places I know what I will get.

The manager was tuning the place with shorts,and a t-shirt. Had to decipline an employee.
Took us 45 mins. Order was all messed up.
Maybe if they had a bit more training and cared a bit more, they would have it made.
Maybe show up in proper attire, do the proper training, and be a little extra staffed, even if they were off. Ball game nights are best nights to have extra staff. I hope these tips help for the future and are not taken as rudeness or

Ordered 3 piece chicken finger dinner. The chicken fingers were so small, it was more like 3 piece nugget. The sides were green beans and coleslaw. The beans were okay. The coleslaw tasted like mayonnaise . It was 1/4 cabbage and 3/4 mayo without seasoning. It was awful. It was very clear the drive thru server did not want to be there.

Went for the coaches burger but they couldn’t cook it. I ordered their classic and it taste like the fake soybean burgers schools served in the 90’s! I wish there was a lab where we could have these meets tested and their employees are worse and less outgoing!

When you walk in, you see The Table’s were dirty with food still on them and the counter tops as well. The manager seemed to have an attitude with his associates and how to treat them. As he came up to the register to take my order, he acted like it was beneath him and stated that he needed help up here. The lady that came up looked Clueless as to how to operate the register with no social skills either. When I received my food. It was just thrown on my plate. My biscuit was uncooked. I was short my scrambled eggs. I know I could have taken it back and asked to be fixed. But was worried that they would have done something to it beside add the eggs and fix the problem. I know that this complaint is just a drop in the bucket. And nothing will be done. I will not waste my money in this establishment again. I hope other customers have better service experience than I.
