Great staff and even better meal. Started with a poke bowl appetizer which turned out be a great gluten free option without the wontons. my wife had the scallops and loved them, as I did the salmon. Lemon cake with raspberry sauce was the perfect ending. Definitely going back as I will try their shrimp pasta next …but I will get that same lemon cake everytime!

#1 Experience ~ Unbelievable gorgeous atmosphere and the food and service were top notch. We were wowed as to the speed and efficiency of the staff and how our food and drinks were prepared and presented. Everyone was so nice and the menus were so good we couldn’t stop talking about it. Make a reservation, arrive early and ask for Joel, Kevin, Suzanne or our server Tonight Jess (she’s wonderful)! They are all pros and are extremely pleasant in their performance. Great teamwork tonight on a busy Thursday prime rib night. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the Montana hospitality, we enjoyed our holiday outing very much.

I was so excited to try this highly recommended restaurant for my grandsons 18th birthday.
Upon arrival 10 minutes before our reservation, there was not a hostess present. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, I had to go to the bar to ask the bartender if someone could seat us.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, but the staff was very cold. Upon seating us, we ordered bottles of wine and checked out the menu. My daughter has been a frequent customer and raved about CC’s entrees! We ordered and I was looking forward to my salmon, as it was highly recommended.
Our dinners came and I looked at my dish with dashed hopes. It looked like a salmon soup with cilantro on top. It was supposed to have risotto as a side, but that was at the bottom of the bowl. It was fishy tasting and I pushed it aside after trying to eat it. My daughter ordered a steak and said the au gratin potatoes were to die for. She offered a slice to me and they were extremely bland and tasteless. Terri was our waitress, she never came to check on us, she brought the check over and at that point asked if we wanted anything else. Well, I wanted dessert along with the birthday guest. As we were still hungry! I ordered a sweet martini for dessert and it came with a salted rim. Very very dissatisfied. My dinner was removed and we left. I won’t return unless the head chef is cooking. Very expensive dinner with very unsatisfied customers.

Loved our experience at Schafers! The staff & our waiter were friendly and so accommodating. My husband and I shared the Yellow Fin Tuna Poke which was amazing and next time I want it all to myself! For my entree I had the Wild Caught Sea Scallops and they were prepared perfectly! So darn good! Can’t wait for a return visit very soon!

We did an early dining option with our two little ones and had a great seat next to the window with a view of the golf course. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and calamari appetizer. We had the Ceasar salad and the three mushroom soup. Both were fresh, and the soup was very flavorful but could have been a bit warmer, and the ceasar salad had bits of blue cheese mixed with the parmesan cheese that was a turn off. The fresh garden salad with huckleberry vinaigrette was absolutely the best option from their soups and salads section. The dressing and fresh salad complemented the whole meal. For the main course we ordered, the pan roasted Alaskan halibut and the king salmon. Both fishes were cooked perfectly and had an excellent fresh taste. We loved the main courses and wish we could have tried some desert options, but we were just too full. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. Our server, Jess, was so sweet, very attentive and just a pleasure. The food was impeccable! We ordered the baby clams, the crab cakes, the halibut and the special- sea bass. Everything was cooked to perfection. The only complaint is that our clams had a lot of sand grains in them, however, as a cook myself, it’s hard getting those out of baby clams, so I understand. We ended up ordering an extra round of crab crakes for our teenage son as he’s a foodie and a seafood lover. It was a wonderful night and spectacular food. The front host/hostess were so welcoming as well. A job well done by all! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a beautiful anniversary. We love this place!

My friends and I really enjoyed our Sunday brunch. I would say this is one of the better restaurants in the greater Flathead Valley. The menu has a unique twist on a lot of brunch favorites and that uniqueness sets it apart not just from the rest of Flathead Valley but dining in general.

Each meal was prepared with excellency and very filling. Their hot honey put the chicken and waffles above its game. The croissant and million dollar bacon that came with the eggs Benedict was not anything I expected it to be, very flavorful and one of the better eggs Benedict I’ve eaten. The brunch charcuterie board was a unique and tasty addition. The steak Frites was cooked perfectly and the cut of meat was tender, flavorful, and prepared nicely.

The people who work there are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They ran out of cinnamon rolls but were able to make a churro dish to match as a substitute which we enjoyed.

We also saw the dinner menu and that as well looked like it had some great options with a unique twist. We will probably come back for that.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice meal at Schaffer’s recently . The food was very good and the service was excellent. The only disappointment were the mixed drinks. Both were so weak there was no discernible taste or smell of any liquor. This appears to be a common complaint as I overheard a customer at the next table loudly complaining to the waiter that his 7 &7 was the weakest he had ever had! Serving drinks like this is just cheating the customers and I expected better from this establishment. I will go back if just for the food but will skip any mixed drinks!

We had a great time here. Sat on the beautiful patio. The drinks were slow but delicious. For appetizers we had the wings and the calamari. Wings were overdone but the flavor was incredible. Calamari was perfect!
I had the halibut and the addition of small mango chunks was heavenly. We cleaned our plates and overall had the best time.

Only recommendation would be to consider infrared heaters on the patio.
