Rude staff; no assist at drive through. I pulled to the window still no one noticed me. Probably a total of five minutes invested at this point. I pulled up to enter the building. Upon entering was greeted with “you need to move your car”. I explained what had happened, again told “you need to move your car”. I asked if I could place my order before moving the car. I was told no, you need to move your car. Service recovery 101: spend thirty seconds taking my order. After moving my car my order would be ready. Simple. Poor skills in understanding how to handle an upset customer. I was a regular, but at this point, will never go to Jimmy John’s Wisconsin Rapids again, or for that matter, any Jimmy John’s. There are many other options for that daily sandwich and catering needs.

Wisconsin Rapids, WI store. 4pm All I wanted was a sandwich and a soda. Ordered in drive through. Ended up having a 5 minute conversation about making it a combo then the meal is cheaper cuz the drink is more expensive if a combo isn’t ordered. I JUST WANTED A SANDWICH AND A DRINK. It was a full 2 minutes before he realized I may not want a combo but then was all about it will cost me more. I ended up adding a cookie just to shut him up-even though it was 50 cents more but cheaper than not getting a combo– uuggg!!! I will not be on this merry go round again. IF i decide to ever go back I will leave if I have to have this conversation again.

We just ordered 3 subs and they would only give us 3 napkins at the Wisconsin Rapids, WI location. When we asked for more because we all know 3 napkins for 3 subs is not enough. She said she can’t. She is only allowed to give 1 napkin per sub. What a load of crap. Thank goodness we had some Jersey Mike’s napkins leftover. At least they know how to treat a customer and not be so frigging stingy on napkins.. I will not be going back there. How cheap.

I went and picked up two subs today at the wisconsin rapids location as I live outside the delivery area. I have never had a sub from here and I was happy with the way the staff greeted me and with how quickly they made my order, and yes the food was good. I will be back again.

No stars. I work nights. Jimmy John’s has delivered many Time to my work place. I call tonight may 8th 2025 at around 8:40pm. The manager answers and won’t take my order and says it’s up to the driver. Correct me if I’m wrong but u run a business to make money. And isn’t the customer always right! I forgot her name bur wisconsin rapids location Thursday may 8th 2025.

They don’t make the order correctly. Then refuse a refund. Offered store credit, however after SEVERAL (including a catering order for a work event) horrible experiences I refuse to go back. I would rather go hungry than eat here again.
Dawn E is not a friendly employee. She states there is no one above her and offered no resolution.

Had a #12 sandwich. Loved the combo of meat, cheese, and fresh cucumber and avocado. The bread was perfect as it was fresh, just the right amount of crunch and softness.
I’ll come back any time, especially when the staff is as friendly as our server, Josiah was.

Have always been a fan of Jimmy Johns, had a few hiccups with them over time, nothing major, but today takes the cake. First, I placed a delivery order for a coworker and I at 11:47 am. I forgot to take off tomatoes so I tried to call, called 10 times off of my cell and 5 times off the store phone. Half of them had a busy signal and the rest just no answer what so ever. Then it hits 12:10, already 20 minutes we’ve been waiting for “freaky fast” service. Our work place is only a block away from their store. Now it is 12:20, 30 minutes since our initial order had been placed, still continuing my 10th call I finally get an answer just for the worker to state that the driver is delivering on the completely other side of town and that we would be his next stop. So After waiting almost an hour for 2 kids combos our food was finally delivered. There was no apology or consideration for how long we waited. Considering there is already a delivery fee and tipped on the app there is NO excuse for a “freaky fast” delivery to take that long. oh yeah did i mention we were only 1 BLOCK away!? v upset and will not be returning for a good while.
