My husband (a big foodie) and I received a gift card from our children for Pastavino for Christmas and we finally got to go tonight. Let me tell you this place is amazing! We loved everything about it. The atmosphere, the staff and above all the food was outstanding! The crab cakes; which they are known for, are the best we’ve ever had. So good and full of lump crabmeat. The Seafood Alfredo had just enough shrimp, scallops and crab meat and was light and flavorful. The strawberry cheesecake made in house was light and creamy! Everything we tried was delicious and we can’t wait to go back to try a few more things on the menu. The owner, George, was so personable. He came over to say hello and chat for awhile. If you haven’t been yet, you have to go. You won’t be disappointed.

Really great meal at Pastavino tonight! Crab cakes were on point and the desert was spectacular. Started with a 2 lb mussel appetizers which was drenched in lemon garlic butter and very fresh tasting. We had crab cake stuffed flounder, crab cakes, and strawberry cheesecake that was delicious and creamy. Service from Donna was awesome and food was 5 star good!

Great atmosphere for a quiet date night. We have had Connor twice as a server and he is always friendly and provides great service. The bartender makes perfect old fashioneds. I love that every meal comes with a salad (dressing is so good) and breadsticks. The chicken parm and crab crabs are delious. If you havent been yet, you should go.

I don’t take time to leave reviews except when they’re due. Probably the best food I’ve had in a very long time. The salad was so fresh, the mussels, dip, & zucchini were amazing, I had the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly with so much flavor. But the CRAB CAKE was probably the best I’ve ever had. Also tried the tiramisu cheesecake -Phenomal. Everything was a 10/10 . Gorgeous restaurant. Friendly staff! Can’t wait to try the pasta!

Greer just earned another gem! I love that it has an ambiance of an upscale restaurant but is also family friendly. The food was amazing from appetisers to desserts! Calamari was fresh and unlike I’ve ever had. Marinara sauce is divine. We left full and happy with lots of leftovers as portions were very generous. Service was great , very friendly and professional! We will be back time and time again.

Wow, my new favorite place to eat! I love that this family owned. We finally checked it out last night and had an incredible experience! We called to speak to the hostess before leaving the house to see if there was a wait. My experience in the past with most restaurants is that the hostess answering the phone can be kurt and hang up at the end of the conversation without saying goodbye. This was not the case with Pastavino, Marie was personable and sweet!
As soon as we walked in the door, the ambience was warm and inviting. Our server, Heather, was fun, knowledgeable, and attentive (not just an order taker like most places). We were impressed with the spectacular food choices, and the portion sizes were impressive. Of course, the food was divine with a tremendous amount of flavor.
We loved everything from the charming ambience, creative cocktails, delicious food, impeccable service, and everything in between! We highly recommend checking them out, and we cannot wait to go back!

The Maryland Crab Cake! My son and I had reservations 11/ 1/2025 and look forward to returning soon. If you do nothing else, order the crab cake, and experience why it is award winning. Our server Jenny was gracious, very knowledgeable about our wine choice, reviewed the specials and menu with detail. She also checked on us often to ensure our evening was special as first time customers. Manager Irene stopped by our table and talked a bit as well. Professional, quality service is hard to find these days, but this team did it all. Great atmosphere too. They just opened in Oct, so I would not take any of those “interesting” less than 5 star reviews seriously. Do not miss out on dining at Pastavino. I highly recommend asking for Jenny as your server too.

I can’t say enough good things about Pastavino in Greer! From the moment we sat down, we felt welcomed by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff.The garlic bread was an instant hit — perfectly toasted with a buttery, garlicky flavor that was absolutely irresistible. We could have made a meal of that alone! But the real standout was the crab cakes. They were phenomenal — packed with sweet, tender crabmeat, lightly seasoned, and cooked to perfection with a golden crust. Easily some of the best crab cakes I’ve had in the Upstate.
Everything else we tried carried the same level of freshness and attention to detail. The service was prompt and personable, and the portions were generous without feeling overdone.
Pastavino is now at the top of my list for a night out in Greer — it’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back just to relive those flavors. Highly recommend the garlic bread and definitely don’t leave without trying the crab cakes!
