I just picked up this meal and felt a need to leave a review. This meal was terrible. The $12 wrap was tiny and dry, needed to dip it in the dressing to make it edible. The salad had about 3oz of chicken, it was all croutons. $32 for these two items. Complete rip off. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the chicken BMT panini. I liked the sun dried tomatoes but it was a little dry/bread-y. I could have use some additional sauce or something. But the staff were friendly and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. I’d come back and try something different. I also see that they sell family sized “take and bake” items & that’s a great idea! I’d come back for a few pans of those too!

The atmosphere was so quaint, the menu was boundless (with unique and authentic items), and the food was absolutely scrumptious. It was also very affordable and the service was genuinely accommodating and friendly. I tried to ring the “thank you” bell but I broke it instead; they reassured me that they would fix it and assuaged my guilt and embarrassment. They also had a fridge full of frozen pizzas, pasta dishes, soups, desserts, and more that you could buy to go. I loved it here and I can’t wait to come again! Hopefully next time I won’t break the bell.

My wife and I recently stopped by Fratello’s Deli and Cafe for dinner and there is no shortage of items to choose from on the menu. With so many choices, we went with a breaded steak and Cobb salad. Both were extremely good and we would definitely order them again but not before trying a few more enticing choices. For me, breaded steaks are either really good or really bad. This one was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of sauce and smothered with cheese and hot peppers. It was hard to resist the grocery coolers where they have take home meals, deli salads, cheeses,etc.
As you walk in, you can see where your food is prepped and made as you order which I think ads a cool vibe to the atmosphere. There is a dining area to sit if you want to eat there. Everything was very clean as well.
The staff was friendly and reviewed our order to make sure everything was correct which is something I always appreciate and see as a positive. As we finished eating, the owner Marco thanked us for stopping in and made sure we were happy with everything.
Overall, Fratello’s is absolutely a place that we will visit again and start digging into more of their menu!

Excellent soup and sandwiches!

They also have a delicious variety of deli cold salads and convenient package food to take home for great meals. Including ready to take pizzas to bake it home, and pizza set ups. I even happened to see some beer in their coolers!

I very rarely leave negative reviews and write a lot them but after coming for several years, there’s been at least 2 food safety encounters, including uncooked salmon and now moldy desserts, plus a few misses especially with customer service.
Look stuff happens, but this is now more than a few times I’ve had an issue with the food safety and was nice about it, but they quickly responded to me negatively until I provided proof.
I never asked for a refund, but they did offer me a whopping $2.79 credit for the molded parfait both my son and I tasted (before we noticed ).
I was floored by the harsh attitude I received when I inquired about the amount of credit. Never been treated that way anywhere. I’m not the only one based off other reviews
So ensure you check your food if you plan on eating here, you’ll get a bonus side of fury if you question it. I’ll be sticking to Gatto’s.

I’m always in search of a good salad and my daughter loves soups and this place has unique options for both. They recently opened it’s very comfortable to have lunch in and cute decor. Again we were in search of soup/salad combos but they have so much more from sandwiches to flatbreads and desserts like cannolis. I ordered the chicken poblano soup and cobb chicken salad and my teen got the caprese panini and soup combo (chicken poblano). I can’t wait to return and try other menu items. They also have a deli to take home different things from milk to ravioli. Ensure to call in your order ahead of time time too, it usually takes about 20mins to prepare so not a quick in/out, but such a cute place to have lunch.

I got some carry out. The ladies were super nice. Could not have accommodated me more with all my questions, as I am from Michigan and do not know all the beef rules. Got a great sandwich with delicious Italian beef & sausage beef combo. Are you kidding me look at the picture. Beef super tender. Sausage as you would expect with some snap and spiciness, I love it, and this is my hotel room, not even as fresh as could be.

First time visiting this weekend. We’ve come from MD to Tinley Park twice a year for a convention and just stick with food we’ve brought or hotel breakfast. This. Was. A. Perfect. Stop. I got the Veggie Power Bowl. And it was delicious. I didn’t even use the sauce it came with. Very filling. My husband got the Chicken Chipotle Wrap and it was large and tasty, he said. Highly recommend!
