Overpriced. $30 for 2 burgers (1 was small), 1 fry & 2 medium drinks. Burger was messy. Had to use a napkin with every bite. Fries were good but greasy. Son pointed out we could have both eaten at Wendy’s for the price of my cheeseburger alone.

Made an online order, wasn’t “made” when I arrived. Staff says they never got the order. When I go to show proof that I ordered it was marked rejected by the store, but still got charged for it.
Staff was unhelpful and the 2 “managers” referred me to a toll free phone number to call to voice my complaint or try to get the order refunded, which routes me to a call center I can only imagine isn’t on this continent.
They “take your information” and give it “upper management” and cannot tell you what will happen next, who will call you or when. Terrible customer service.
The food: good ten years ago. Present day: a step above McDonalds value menu burger, at ten times the cost…. didn’t you use real beef patties that your made at one point? Have you replaced them with Bubbba burgers????
Value $64=3 cheeseburgers, what a disappointment your chain has become.

Haven’t been to a 5 guys for awhile now and couldn’t remember if I liked it or not. Went recently and yeah it was very good I felt like doing a Samuel l Jackson impression from pulp fiction like it was a big kahuna burger. Mmm mmm mother f-er this is one tasty burger.
