This is my favorite subway location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I visit several times a week and they remember my favorite subs and make sure our favorite chips are in stock. It is clean and has a good sized seating area. The location is very convenient to access and there is plenty of parking.

Went here to eat one day and they had the worst service and nothing was clean but I didn’t review that day because I didn’t want to rate just from one day, but then I door dashed food from here and they wasted my time and refunded my order because they were “out of stock”. They said they were “out of stock” on cookies, sure I can see that. But then they refunded my whole sandwich because they were “out of stock”. How is a sandwich shop out of stock on sandwich. Might as well just shut down the store entirely. Very, VERY disappointed in this store. Never ordering or dining in at this store ever again…. guaranteed.

Good food however, every time i do an add on like extra cheese, extra meat, etc I NEVER GET IT. Ever. Its honestly hysterical at this point. I order, online, from here every week and they always forget the extras that I pay for. New mozzarella cheese on the menu, wouldn’t know if its good because they havent added it the last three times. The manager is also a creep and pretty rude to his employees. They all look like they hate their jobs. I would.

Quick, fast, and easy. The team here did a great job getting myself, my lady, and 4 hungry kids our lunch for the day.

It appeared as if they were doing some mild work outside with a power sprayer, but can be easily ignored once I sunk my teeth into the steak protein bowl.

Always fast service, its a hit or miss if you get a friendly employee tho, however the owner is amazing. He will alway help with any issues and make sure you’re heard, helped and satisfied. Overall usually always a great experience. They do seem to close anywhere from the last hour till whenever they feel like before it is actually closing time. (Only when the boss is NOT there)

I wouldve given 5 stars because the one in Hanover is so much better than the one in Madison but they said they would be getting their roast beef back and still haven’t.
Update: the roast beef is back!
I placed an online order, went to pick it up and it was wrong. I believe there was a new guy working that day. They quickly made me a new sandwich and were very apologetic. I wasn’t upset tho, these things happen.

While I am regularly disappointed in the service of many businesses in the Hanover/Madison area, that is not the case at the Hanover Subway. I always receive good service here, and it’s usually great. This place is well run.

The thing that really made my experience frustrating is the way subway does any coupon or promotion. Each restaurant does not have to honor any coupons and it happens with an absurd frequency.

The latest escapade was an emailed coupon for half off of a foot long. After ordering my sub and waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru line I’m told my coupon isn’t accepted. This is on the way to work and I haven’t eaten all day. Instead of arguing with the cashier, I paid the full price and hurried to work.

The lesson I learned here is to always order online and pay upfront. Bringing in a coupon has a high risk of being denied.

I have a couple subway gift cards that I will spend to zero and after that subway will always be at the bottom of my list of choices.

News said free subs for first 100 that day 10 to noon. So why not went local Subway and yes got it free. Love that. Got family subs way they like it. Whole family loving it. Thank Subway.
