This was the most exceptional service my family and I has ever received especially on Tyra blvd! Ashley the General manager was so sweet, professional, polite, and an absolute joy to be around she made our first time experience here phenomenal. We ordered the traditional wing and burger special and the food was not only delicious but it looked exactly like the advertisement we will definitely be back sooner than later!! Ordered food online and picked it I exactly at the pickup time. It was ready however, the fries were old and tasted funny. I thought it would be better if I heated them up but it was even worse then. The wings weren’t cooked enough, nothing tasted right and the fries were hard and old. I’ve ordered this from the dubs at Perimeter and it next tasted like this so I know this difference as to how it should taste. It was not good and made my stomach hurt. And I gave them a tip which I don’t even typically do on take out. This location needs to do better. It wasn’t even busy it was around noon so things should be fresh and hot.

I ordered Uber Eats 6/8/25 and I had food missing and what was delivered was old hard not fresh food. I decided to call the location it came from (Tara Blvd) and asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager so I told her my food was missing and what came wasn’t fresh, she yelled call uber eats and get a refund. No apology or any type of concern whatsoever and I’m a customer who buys food to help her keep a job. I was going to ask her name but she slammed the phone in my face!!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE! She is definitely not a manager and nor does she care about that company!!! You can see on the picture the food is old and hard!

If I could give this establishment a lower rating than one I definitely would, Simply because of how I was treated as a customer, by the so-called General manager. My family and I aren’t here all the time, however, the food was not up to par this trip. Upon returning the food, I was met with an angry general manager, Who called me a Karen and accused me of being racist. I am not exactly sure why my race would determine how I felt about the quality of the food. I am offended and hurt by the way I was treated here.

I recently went to this location for takeout, when I got home the order wasn’t correct, I called the facility to advise the order wasn’t accurate and was told to bring the food back. I traveled back to facility to return the full order and ask for a refund. The manager who’s last name was Box -took my receipt and said my name off the receipt and stated oh you come here all the time. I stated no this is my first time visiting this establishment. She was very angry I wanted a refund she starts screaming it’s going to be 5 to 6 business days for a refund, I advised her that was fine.She start screaming you can keep the food we cant take the food back. Well, you were the one that told me to bring the food back. I told her I don’t want the food, I just need a receipt for the refund. She began to get even more belligerent While she is holding my receipt and saying she cant give me nothing, showing I’m getting a refund and I returned the food. She started screaming and lying saying I was being rude when she was the one standing up there screaming at me, as if she had lost her mind because they made the order wrong. She refused to give me anything showing a refund would be issued.I asked her can she just write on a piece of paper stating I will be getting a refund, she said she not doing nothing-and I asked her If I don’t receive my refund what proof would I have to show, everything was returned and I was told a refund will be given. She just kept screaming and told me to leave, so I left out the store and called the police, once the officers arrived Informed them of the situation, and let them know I only need something in writing or receipt about getting a refund, mind you while I was in the store she didn’t attempt to put nothing in the system or anything. The officers went in to talk to her and she finally just wrote refund on my receipt, which was I was asking for in the first place. Then next thing I know the officer ask for my ID and did a trespass on me from the facility. I’m seriously thinking about legal action, against this company, because there is no reason for a criminal trespass, although I will never visit this franchise again.If you are the general manager of this facility, my advise to you is to run the tape and get rid of this manager (BOX)- she has caused you to loose plenty of business , I’m in the corporate world and we cater large events all the time, had the service been different , your name may have been added to the list. The people you hire, reflect the kind of business you attract, that manager is bad for your business.

The staff at this location is beyond spectacular. You cant get great service like this anymore. Great job picking these ladies. They made our experience so memorable, we drove 39 minutes to come here and I think we might make this our once a week Thursday stop!

I ordered some food around 12:30 after midnight and since they close at 1 AM, they had already stopped taking online orders. When I put in the order it said it would be ready 10 AM when they open again. The employee working refunded me at that moment but I came in the next day to confirm. I spoke with Ashley and she was OUTSTANDING. She understood the issue and contacted the employee to make sure I was refunded and still gave me the order and a drink. Ashley went above and beyond. S/O to ASHLEY for providing GREAT customer service. The food was amazing!

I visited this location for the first time today for my birthday wings. The lady greeted me with a smile. I asked for suggestions about the wings. She mentioned lemon pepper. They wasn’t too salty. They were hot and delicious!!!! I have found my new wing spot. Thanks for great customer service!!!! I will see you again.
