Have you ever seen Gigi? That’s what the decor reminds me of. One of the owners (a cheerful, older French gentleman) took our order, poured our wine, and made us feel at home. I wish we were served real french baguette to start but alas not. The entrees was rich l, full of flavor and made to order by the other owner. I classical guitarist serenaded the dining room throughout the cours of the evening. I feel they need a new direction but please don’t change too much. It was a romantic evening in the end as we ended up being the last couple in the restaurant with the lovely music all to our selves.

When visiting the Olympic Peninsula in WA make sure to visit this little gem.
The French couple who own and operate it are great hosts.
The food is impeccable French fare.
The decor must be seen to be believed.
The wine list has offerings from Washington, California and, of course, France. You can easily find an affordable bottle. But you can also splurge on one of their more rare vintages.

Nice decor and great service. Food was delicious with depths of flavors. We also enjoyed their desserts. Three of us shared a mousse du chocolat and a creme brûlée. They were unlike other desserts we’ve tried. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. Everything that this restaurant has to offer exceeds our expectations. It’s totally worth it despite our 3.5 hours drive there. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food for me was delicious (filet with Dungeness crab) beautifully prepared. My wife ordered the steak medallions, she asked for them well done, they came rare. We ate and wanted to go…the server bussed our dishes, brought the check and then it sat on our table for 45 min. It also took several request to get our drinks. The food is not bad, but the service is not worth it. Take your $100 bill and go else where.

My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and we didn’t know what to expect. We got there and was seated right away. The owner was polite and very helpful. My boyfriend got the lamb and he raved about how wonderful it was. I ordered duck. The flavor combination was incredible. For dessert we had cheesecake and it was to die for. Overall it was a excellent dinner and a memorable night.

Went there tonight was super excited to try considering the reviews, but we did wait an hour for our French onion soup appetizer. Then waited another 20-30 minutes for our dinners. We watched a couple leave without getting their food for the wait. We also had reservations here. After we finished our dinners we got our sides that go with our dinner that were obviously microwaved. The asparagus was atrocious, soggy, gross along with the other vegetables on the plate. We were one of the last people in there and one of the first tables to leave. When we left just about every one that was there before us was still waiting to get their food. The service was horrible. Not one time while waiting for our food did someone come up to us. I had to go and find someone to ask about our food as well as after I asked for our bill and waiting 10 or so minutes I had to call someone over. Any time a server came out which wasn’t often, I couldn’t get their attention and they didn’t even come close to our table once. My dinner was lukewarm, but the other dinner we got was hot. The food was very good. Although it does not make up for the pricing and the horrible service we had. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are willing to wait a bit. Also the place was not busy maybe a little bit there was at least 4 empty tables while we were there and the place is so small there was only about 10 tables total. So for it to be that behind with only about 6 tables or so we should of at least got a I’m sorry for the wait or anything. One more thing, we kept hearing a banging like something banging against a wall, and then what sounded like a dog yelp for about a minute. The banging would subside but would randomly come back. It was very apparent and very awkward. Very curious as to what was going on. The atmosphere was cute and it seemed like a very lovely place at first but the service is not something I would even expect from a dive bar.

Highly recommend C’Est Si Bon. Showed up early for a reservation and we were seated right away. Michelle, the owner, came out and greeted us. Her husband and the waitress were wonderful, as well. There was no need for them to ask how the food was because it was amazing and they already knew that. The best anniversary dinner we have enjoyed. Definitely worth the price and we will be coming back. Thank you, C’Est Si Bon, for a wonderful time.

Hurricane ridge then dinner here with friends made for a memorable day. I’d definitely do it again for a special occasion. Dinner took 3 hours, we never felt rushed and a group of us had an excellent conversation. The automphere was very pleasant.

2 dinners, 1 bowl of soup, no wine, 2 desserts, approaching $150 with the tip. The French onion soup was great. The sauces were inspiring . The scalloped potatoes excellent. My souffle had several crunchy egg shells in it, but was otherwise very good. The desserts were nothing to write home about. All in all, the food was really good. There is probably better French food to seek out and the service was just ‘ok’, thus the 4 stars. Still, I’d do hurricane ridge plus this restaurant with friends again for a lovely day.

Side note: My kid says my cooking is better and gives it 2 stars. It’s more of a grown up place, but they did make the kids feel welcome.

Great food & great service. The chef came to our table twice to chat with us. Highly recommend this place. I had a delicious halibut dish with leeks and a white sauce and my husband had the duck which he said was incredible.
