I eat here often because it is close to work, and it is cheap. I haven’t had an issue before.. I always get the $6 biggie bag with 2 JBC and this time, after I ate my first burger, I look into the wrapper, and there is a big chunk of something disgusting that has mold and I found hairs on the cheese that was stuck to the wrapper. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was so disappointing and I’m disgusted.

The lettuce I got on my sandwich is nasty. It’s gone beyond just getting that orangy rusty stage it’s wilted, brown grey, and falls apart in my fingers.

Every time I’ve been here, the staff have been very courteous and the food was fresh and delicious. I especially like how neat they prepare the burgers. A lot of places just slap something together because they’re in a hurry but here it seems they can work quickly AND prepare your food in a presentable way.

Our few experiences at this Wendy’s have been VERY disappointing. My nuggets are always too hard or not cooked thoroughly. Why would anyone think these are okay to put in the box? Who would eat this? Not me. On top of that, these were ordered as spicy and we got regular. Fries are too salty, bacon is not cooked, not given any extra sauces even when asked for at the window.

Don’t even bother. I have frequented this wendy’s multiple times out of a craving for a burger. That is my mistake because this wendy’s will always screw up my burger. I’ve filed complaints and sent to corporate at this point but it doesn’t matter. I ask for a plain son of baconator and every time without fail. Outside of the stars aligning and the prophecies foretelling, they slam as much ketchup and mayonaise as possible on the thing and then tell me or my dad picking it up with a flat straight face. “yes it’s plain! I made sure!” Over the last 2-3 years it’s been this way. I don’t even know why I bother. Next time I’ll just spend the money and go to applebees or freddy’s nearby. Heck I may just order something like a chicken sandwhich and maybe then that’s the secret to getting a son of baconator plain. I only go to this play when a family member wants something from there, but at this point I’m tired of paying 8 bucks for them to not even bother to read a mobile app order then lie straight to my face.
I’m sure the manager will send me another apology ridden e-mail or call. offer me 10 dollars in credit to get a son of baconator with ketchup and mayonnaise again. Nothing will change. Just don’t even go to this location. I don’t think I’ll go to one ever again. Honestly don’t even bother with wendy’s with all the choices around you.

Best newest and cleanest Wendy’s in Morristown. I like to get the Jr. Cheeseburger nuggets, fries and brownie batter frosty for 5.70 which comes out to a little over $6. Great deal!

Stopped here to get lunch on 8/8/25, my junior bacon cheeseburger was ice cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. It also had cheap prepackaged shredded lettuce on it instead of the leaf lettuce that always comes on it. I know that they have always cut the lettuce for sandwiches fresh every day but I guess not anymore. I asked to try the new mystery sauce with my nuggets (which was gross, by the way. It’s just sugar and purple dye) and they proceeded to charge me fifty cents per pack just because of the flavor it is?? I have never heard of this before. Why advertise a new sauce flavor if no one is allowed to try it unless they pay extra?? I think the founder of Wendy’s would be disappointed in the direction they’ve gone.

Ordered a Son of a Baconator Combo meal and what I received was just a double cheeseburger with ketchup. We also asked for BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets we got 3 separate times and got sweet and sour and honey mustard instead. We were the only order at the time and only ordered 3 items so it wasn’t a huge nor difficult order. Very disappointed. We’ve given this Wendy’s a few chances and each time we’ve either had items or whole orders be wrong and were even asked to pull up the first time we ever visited this location and waited 20 minutes just for my husband to have to go in and be told they completely forgot about our order.

Well there was homeless people outside wendys and management and cops said they couldnt do anything but they can. I guess if u go to wendys be careful. The cop I called had that police attitude I dont like. Forgive me for being a concerned citizen i guess. I will not go back here bc they do not listen to customers!
