I tried to order online using a gift card and there is no way to use the gift card as form of payment. So, went to store to order and was told I couldn’t get today’s deal because it was only online. What a disappointment because I couldn’t use today’s deal and get 10% off. I was penalized for using gift card. NEED TO CHANGE POLICY!!

Ordered a cheese pizza and when I opened it later the dough was still soft and sort of doughy. Wasn’t even hardly started to brown. They did have one hot and ready which has not been the case many times with this location. I have started driving further to a different location because of it.

Seriously how hard is it to follow instructions. Last time I eat at this horrible place. It’s not the establishment. It’s the employees let’s make that clear. I put well done every time. Yet I have to go home,and cook the pizza another 20 minutes because it is so undercooked. I gave up asking for light sauce. I feel like they add more when you do that. The pretzel pizza. What a joke. It looks nothing like what is advertised. Not even a smidgen close,and it tastes horrible. Just either retrain your people to read,or follow basic instructions. Hopefully I don’t get the poops after eating that undercooked piece. Couldn’t even pull the slices apart

I recently visited Little Caesars on Volunteer Parkway in Bristol, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and my “Hot-N-Ready” pizza was ready as promised, making it super convenient. The pizza itself was delicious with a crispy crust and plenty of toppings—just what I was craving. The location was clean and easy to access, with plenty of parking. It’s a solid choice when you want good pizza quickly and on a budget. I’ll definitely be back.

Every time I go here and get a hot and ready pizza it is so good it is not burnt it hasn’t been sitting that long it is always fresh and it just blows my mind how good it is for the price I highly recommend going here I’ve been going here now for about 15 years and I love it they are kind they are friendly even if they change workers a lot they are still professional and they do get overwhelmed at times but they still manage to serve their customers to the best of their ability thank you Little Caesars on volunteer parkway forgiving me and my family years of memories that are good

This is the worst little ceasers ive ever ate at all around. They can not take orders right. They can not do as the customer asks. Every time i go in the and get a pizza i always get them crazy crusted all over and they never do it the first time i always have to tell them at least three times before they will actually listen. There customer service is at best a 1or 1.1/2 star and thats on a good day. The one in piney flats andtthe one on euclid ave are by far 10 times better than the one on the parkway will ever be.
