It’s getting extremely frustrating going to get something to eat just to be met with attitude and disrespect. No one is forcing you to work. After waiting for almost 10 minutes I get greeted by someone who seems to just hate their own existence. Also how do you mess up on making a burger?? Like all of a sudden you want to rush?? You take a long time to acknowledge that you have a guest and then sloppily throw a burger together. How you get all the sauce on the outside of a torn up burger?? I’ll never go to this place ever again.

We ordered 2 chocolate 12:10pm 10/19/2025 shakes menu reads $4.49 each they charged us 4.99 each, lead shift person didn’t care come back tomorrow ,we won’t be here tomorrow hiden fees over charged $1.00 will contact corporate office.

This location is brand new, yet it already feels neglected. We’ve been there twice and both times, the place was noticeably dirty, trash on tables, floors unswept, and a general sense of disorganization. It appears to be staffed almost entirely by teens with little supervision, and it shows.
The second time we were there, the fryers were down, which meant no fried items at all, not even basics like fries or jalapeño poppers. For a fast food restaurant, that’s a major failure, especially so early in its operation.
Our food took a long time despite minimal customer traffic. When it finally came out, the quality was lacking. My husband ordered a burger that was supposed to be dry (no sauce), but it was soggy and somehow still had mustard on the final bites which raised concerns about food handling and cleanliness behind the counter.
We want to support a new local spot, but this visit gave us not a lot of confidence to return. Hopefully management steps in soon with some serious training, cleaning, and oversight before this place loses customers for good.

I’m not happy with this restaurant. I’ve been there several times and they keep messing up my orders. One time I ordered a Guacamole Bacon burger and got back to the office and there wasn’t a burger patty. Last time I went with my wife they forgot to put her chicken strips in the frier and we waited for over 30 minutes for them. Today I went there and ordered a Guacamole Bacon burger and when I got back to the office there wasn’t guacamole or bacon on it. The soda machine was broken, the drive thru screens were broken, and they were out of Santa Fe sauce but they weren’t going to tell me until I asked for extra sauce at the end of my order. Considering this is a brand new restaurant, they shouldn’t have this many problems. Two people I work with went and got food from them and shortly after they ate, they were sick. Time to step up your game Carl!

We’ve gotten food a few times from there so far and its been hit or miss. Considering they just opened, im going to give it time and we will see if things improve. It was a shame to see the lack of cleanliness inside when its brand new! There definitely needs to be 1-2 adults/people with experience, working at all times as I think its great for the kids/young adults to have employment opportunities, but the lack of experience and ‘care’ is definitely showing.

Carlin is a sleepy little town , I get it, but this place is bad in so many ways !!! Atmosphere, if you sit at a table the lights shine in your eyes . 90 % of staff are children that don’t get it or don’t care . Ordered 3 chicken strips, when I went to eat them it was ONE strip cut in 3 pieces! REALLY. I ordered a shake employee said they weren’t making them that day . If this is the future of this place in Carlin you will not last long .
