Great place for breakfast and/or lunch. The diner is small, with a long counter and two person tables and a few booths. The food is delicious and the servers friendly and attentive.
Normally I only order homemade hash, but Gloria (our server) exclaimed that theirs was really good (even out of the can) and she was right. It was perfectly made and tasty, with crunchy well done edges.
It was crowded when we arrived (noon), but plenty of seating after 1pm.
The diner is not wheelchair accessible, but there is an outdoor space that may be accessible in the warm months (outdoor space was closed today). There are steps leading up the front door, and the inside is pretty tight, as far as maneuverability.
Few parking places out front, but plenty of street parking on a quiet street.
Will definitely return!!

Amazing local breakfast place with huge omelets and a very long menu. The coffee is great. Not a lot of seating but worth the wait Now accepts credit card. The seasoned fries are great for lunch too.

It was my first time going back there since the new owernship. I very much liked how they kept a lot of the same decor, vibe and food. Service was quick and very helpful. The food is just as good as I remember it.
Just wish the Edie’s Sampler was still on the menu.

What a fabulous little breakfast/lunch spot! We stopped here for an early lunch and everything thing that we ate was delicious (BLT, Tuna melt, Chicken ceasar salad).The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean. Parking is a little tough but you can park on the street.

Unbelievable, it’s hard to find places like this anymore. We ordered the corn beef hash, egg combo with French toast and rueben sandwich. Food is fantastic and reliable, every single thing was delicious and prices are fair. Service was great — gives you that comfortable home feeling like you’re at grandma’s house. It gets busy for good reason.

Great atmosphere, small mom and pop place vibe. The food was ok, I had pancakes with homefries. I didn’t want onions in mine and since it came mixed already, they made me a special order, which came back as a boiled potato cut up. I said I asked for them well done. Guy said that will take a long time. I said it’s ok, I’ll wait. Final result barely crisp home fries. What small mom and pop diner doesnt know how to makecrispy burnt home fries? They tried, but I wasn’t a fan.

Edie’s is a small luncheonette serving breakfast and lunch. The servers are friendly and very attentive. I have only had breakfast here. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. If pressed for time, I call my order in and pick it up before hitting the beach. Always fresh, always satisfied. If you haven’t tried Edies you are missing out.
