100% organic, gluten free, no refined sugar, plenty of flavor, whole food based Caribbean-Soul Fusion plates & sides with a focus on local ingredients. Wild Rockfish and Chips, Sandwiches, Creamy Mac N Cheese, Peas N Rice, Fried Oyster Mushrooms (Crispy’s), Fries made in house from California grown potatoes. Everything is organic, gluten free, dairy free, corn free, soy free, refined sugar free, weird ingredient free, and broken down from whole-plant-based foods, seasoned with sea salt and house ground spices. Structured water is used throughout.

Finally stopped by and thankful I did. I got the Patty Mac w/ground Rockfish. Freaking amazing flavors. Refreshing and crispy. Very delicious. A must for someone who has a decent palette like me.

Cute little casual place. They’ve got fish and chips style rockfish and oyser mushrooms. You can get them in a sandwich as well with a few sides options.

My partner and I just went to Soulful Kitchen this evening and it was great! They just opened last week. There were free samples of their beverages and we ordered the Fried Rockfish Sandwich as well as the sides of Peas n Rice and Mac n Cheese. Everything was awesome. The fry on the rockfish was perfect and had a great dill sauce. The peas and rice were super good with great flavor. We will definitely be coming again. Nice to have some good food nearby and they said their menu will be growing in the near future.

Not what I expected especially having the word “soul” in the name of the restaurant. One shouldn’t use the same type batter for rockfish as you do for the fried oyster mushroom meal. Mac and cheese tasted like the box Kraft mac and cheese…only difference is the color of the cheese. Wanted a knife to cut the fish and over battered oyster mushroom item…as told by the host/cashier/server. .they dont have knives. It could be a lot better if changes and the cook were more aware what soulful mean
