Well that was a weird experience. Tonight we got a dinner and a show. The staff did not seem to care that we could hear them arguing in the kitchen. One staff member in particular was yelling quite a bit at a colleague. The same staff member who was doing the yelling was also not wearing his mask. I don’t know if the staff can realize that we can see the reflection of what they’re doing from the windows as we’re waiting for our food. We did not feel safe enough to speak up and say anything given the attitude the staff had. It was uncomfortable to witness this happening. Our fries were in edible. They were so salty that I could only have two or three which sucked because we had upgraded to loaded fries. The rest of our food was okay. I really don’t understand the good reviews for this place. We all know restaurants are struggling during this pandemic, but this was a really terrible experience and not worth the money.

If i could give this hell hole a zero out of ten i would. i drove 20 mins to pick up these wings and it came with a FEATHER, a full bird feather in our food. god knows how they clean their chicken if they can’t even buy chicken properly defeathered. as if this wasn’t rancid enough, we called in and they told us to drive back another 20 mins to show them as proof. mind you they did not tell us any information about how to get a full refund besides bring the chicken (the feathered one we are calling about) in. we arrived with the chicken and feather in a box after having thrown away the rest of the chicken, and this rude cashier woman refused to give us a refund insisting she needed the whole order to issue any type of refund. we were NOT told this at all over the phone before driving 20 mins there and they still stood there ground refusing to give us a refund. this cheap, unprofessional distasteful behavior is embarrassing and everyone should take their business elsewhere.

OMG this place is jacked up! Three people working (one of them a “manager” but all tables covered in bones, food wrapper trash. Homeless man was convulsing in the back while pretending to eat someone’s food that was left at the table. Food total was $44 and some change. I handed the kid behind the counter a $50, and he said “we can’t take that”….really? Where are we, Venezuela? Let me talk to your manager. A goofy voiced man spoke from the fries area and said to the cashier “it’s ok. Be sure and give him the right change.”–Which was a perplexing response to someone who handles cash.
Food was 5/10. Edible. Veggies we’re starting to go bad, some crunchy and fresh, some soft and bland.
Restaurant 1/10. It had chairs.
Staff 1/10. They had a pulse.
Just goes to show you how management can make or break a successful business. I sure hope someone wakes up and fixes this place. It’s truly a disaster.

The inside of the store looked more like the BART station than a restaurant. Wouldn’t be surprised if a rat popped up underneath the counter. It took the night shift like an hour to give us our wings. The Atomic Wings made me run my fastest 40 yard sprint in my life.

Been wanting to write an update for a while ever since they stopped serving that delicious Korean Spicy flavor. (Boo!!! That was a great flavor y’all made a mistake)
Problems:
-The area is always riddled with stinky homeless people especially at night. Sometimes they come inside smelling like pee and body odor begging for money or asking if we’ve finished our food. Can’t even enjoy my meal…
-Bathroom is always really dirty/things are clogged or broken
-Another price increase yet again. From $16.21 to $19.51 in less than 6 mo. I can buy 2 MOD pizzas with UNLIMITED TOPPINGS across the street for less than $19.51.
-Soda is sometimes flat
-Way too expensive for 1 meal

I was told to go to Wingstop from a friend because he had said that the wings were amazing. I must say, I absolutely agree. The wings here were fantastic. Make sure to get the fries well done for an even better meal.

I ordered from this location thinking it was going to save time but boy was I wrong the order is 10 classic bone in original mild and another 10 classic bone in original mild wet now I had wing stop before and I have never been given mild* as in eze lite sauce it’s confusing to me to ask for wet and receive plain and wet in fry oil and be told that “this is how its suppose to be” order at your own risk I ended it by getting a refund in the end.
