Ordered online got there and got quoted another 30-40 minutes before pizza was ready (a pepperoni and a cheese pizza). Someone came in after me ordered a couple more complicated pizzas and they told them it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Then the manager got mad at me when I asked if I had to cancel my order and reorder my food at the counter in order to get my food in a that time frame. She rolled her eyes at me and said yes that is the only way but you won’t get your money back for up to 3-5 days and smiled. I then just asked for the refund and left. One employee seemed nervous and one employee was nice. Mainly just the manager was rude. Guess I won’t be getting pizza from here on my way back from the coast.

I received a wrong order and the lady who I spoke to was very rude and asked me how I want her to solve the problem. She clearly accused me of recognizing my voice from an earlier time “clearly you do the same problem over and over again and accusing people of doing this in purpose”. She also said that they asked me what kind of vegetarian pizza I want and that I answered that question, LIAR. I will never be going there ever again! When she knew that I ordered in person and before noon, she put me on hold because she knew that I wasn’t the person she is talking about but continued on being rude rather than fixing the problem. Finally and simply, she hung up on me!

Love it. We took a break from take n bake for a while, but we’ve been going here weekly. Order on the website and you can pick up from the rack by the door. Usually our order is ready before the time given online.
We recently tried the cheesy bread, and it’s a winner. Could easily add to every order.
As far as the pizzas go, we’ve been happy with the cheese or pepperoni, especially because they often have deals running. These are good to stick in the freezer and cook from frozen as well. Just need to add more cooking time. I sometimes pull them out and let them rest for a few minutes and then stick them back on a pizza stone in the oven to crisp up the bottom some more. If you don’t rest them, the cheese can burn.
All around, good pizza and good value, especially as there are not many pizza options in SW Corvallis/Philomath.
The Dairy free create your own is also a really nice choice for our youngster who is intolerant to dairy/lactose.
