Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was totally thrown back to my childhood when A&W had restaurants and we collected the mini glass mugs. No surprise then when we bought 2 of their collectible mugs when we dropped in! The manager wrapped them both up really well for us, which we appreciated. The restaurant was clean and inviting, the staff was really friendly and attentive, and the food we ordered was the right temperature and tasted great. We ordered the mini corn dogs, fries, onion rings, a cheeseburger and drinks. When I go to fast food places, I don’t expect a perfect experience, but this was a great experience all around!

Cons- no real brewed ice tea. Dine in at 2:30pm, dirt everywhere; floor, tables, drink stations. I watched 3 employees step over a large piece of trash. Trash receptacle overflowing inside. Employees not busy in back. Employees no uniform & no names tags. Limited parking. Dining room did not smell clean << needs a deep clean everywhere. No curbside pickup. I had a sandwich and onion rings, why was I given 2 sporks?

By how I was serviced; myself….!? Apparently: Drive-thru had greater priority than the lobby via manager actions of being a devoted restaurant operator! That day i was served on 12-30-2025 burned me returning!

I just went through the drive threw and had a simple order. A larger rootbeer and a regular cheese curd. The lady at the window said it was cool to order so she asked me to pull around the front of the store and wait. I said sure happily because who doesn’t like fresh food. Well I just ate one on my way home and they are cold as ice and old. This store should be ashamed of itself to serve old (who knows how old) food and lie to customers. I will not go back and make sure people know not to go back to this store again.

Sign says lobby is open until 8pm. We were turned away, *after* coming inside the unlocked door that had the sign claiming they were open until 8pm, at 7:30pm. If your door is open, and that open door says you are open, you should not turn away customers. I will not be back.

This restaurant also doubles as a KFC. Ordered a K2 meal with mashed potatoes as a side. The side didn’t have nearly enough gravy and when we asked for more they wanted to charge $3.50 for gravy, even after I already bought the side. Completely unacceptable, in my opinion. We are becoming less and less likely to patronize KFC. This may be that last time.

I’d have given a 1 star review but the food was ok. I go in to order a special as shown on one of their mailers, burger, fries and a root beer in one of their frosty, glass mugs. The cashier hands me a cardboard cup. I let her know the special showed the glass mug to which she said, “no, I’ll have to back off the sale, refund you the money and ring it up again with $6 for the mug”. I replied, “all I want is what your picture said would be coming”. She acted like she didn’t hear and merely repeated herself. I asked for the special as illustrated yet once again, to which a couple of folks in line began laughing at the poor cashier. After things got just a little more ridiculous she gave me a glass mug in a “to-go” bag. “Here, it’s yours< no charge", she said.
Still confused, but at least I got what they advertised. I hope the rest of you have the same luck getting what they advertise. Heck, maybe I’ll start a collection. I’m an old geezer and glass mugs were the norm for customers dining in, for generations.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL bad experiences here. The first time they forgot dipping sauces that I requested. That sucked but not a super huge deal
These were drive through issues by the way.
The SECOND time around, I ordered a bacon cheese burger and onion rings. I was told to pull around to the front because ” bacon was being cooked”. After about 5 minutes they brought out my order. I drove back to work and opened my bag…NO BURGER …JUST ONION RINGS. And that folks is what we get for 15 bucks an hour now…DISSAPOINTED
Update…several months later…I DO NOT go here any more. Service was NON EXISTANT. We came in for lunch. Entered into an empty dining room. Nobody ever came to the counter to assist us or take our order. Someone from behind the counter cane forward, walked in front of us and then walked out the door to the parking lot. He did come back in, but still never acknowledged our presence. Others behind the counter just stood there. After roughly 7 minutes, we left and went next door to Subway.
To make it WORSE..I reported this event to the main corporation representative and got back a half hearted response…its like they are not interested in selling food. I am betting they will close their doors soon.
Thank you for your continued and consistent Horrible Services. Thank you for nothing…Just disgusted and shocked
