Got wrong order. It was supposed to be a chicken sandwich combo. I got a small cheese burger. Lid not properly placed on glass which spilled in car. False advertisement. Burgers look absolutely nothing like pictures and super small. Hubby ordered a #1. Took forever to get order.

I really want to like this place… like I really do. I want it to succeed because I love Sonic and we live right down the road. But there is always something wrong with our order. I see this place has low ratings, please change something so it can succeed. Orders are wrong, orders are cold, the staff doesn’t know what they are selling and don’t bother learning it on their own. Please offer more training, please show them how to cook the menu and how to get food out hot. Please have management take these issues seriously. I see less and less people in the parking lot. At this time you can recover from this, you wait to long and keep heading this way and it will fail.

I experienced extremely poor service at this location. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I was informed that staff had mistakenly given it to another customer due to mixing up the stalls. Rather than offering a genuine apology or a solution, the employees responded with dismissiveness and even suggested that I “just leave.” At that point, I chose to take my business elsewhere. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from both the employees and management is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

Visited here yesterday, ordered through their mobile app which had very disappointing deals. Despite ordering ahead, it still took the restaurant over 20 minutes to deliver my order to my car. About 10 vehicles arrived after me and managed to leave before. I tried calling their store number and was left on hold and hung up on shortly after. I rang the red stall button to ask if my order was on its way, and they took 5 whole minutes to respond. This interaction made me run late for my errands and I didn’t have time to enjoy my food, which also, tasted horrible. The burger was bland and cold, and the drink had a hole in the cup and spilled in my car. As a former employee for a different Sonic location, I’m very disappointed in this locations values for their customers.

I stop by to order four slushies, I thought I would be in and out since it was just drinks. Ended up waiting about 30 minutes in total.
I kept looking at the screen, since it tells you once your order has been placed, processed, and when it’s on its way.!
The screen showed my order was on its way, but never got there after a while it reset back to the order menu. When it finally came out the slushies were melted and watered down. Like if they had been sitting, ready for a while
Plus I had to send one back because they gave me the wrong flavor.

Waited 40 min to get our order …ordered sonic blast and cup of ice cream and it was nasty … and then I get my order and it was wrong ….and it wasnt only me that was complaining I saw other people complaining as well ….never again will stop at this location.

the 30 minute wait for a single appetizer is horrendous, went the other day and a worker named marieh was really rude , she just rolled her eyes at me as she was handing the order practically threw it on me , who ever she is should learn some serious manners and should be fired because it wasn’t just me it was others.

Every time I’ve gone, there’s been issues with the app or my order. I’ve had to pay more bc their system wasn’t functioning…
I understand things take time, and I’ve given time.
