Friendly customer service when you enter. However had I paid attention to the facility itself I would have just walked out. I fully understand that business’ get caught up in the lunch/dinner rush but it does not excuse the fact that cleaning should be taking place. And some of the stuff I saw I promise you did not take place in the 4 hours they had been open. Example under the drink machine is a drain and that thing was so disgustingly dirty I didn’t even want to get a drink. There were dirty tables and I myself my mother and my son were the only ones inside. Granted drive through was busy however someone could have still come and wiped down tables and ran a broom over the floor. Management please do better and make sure that a good cleaning is happening at the end of these shift. People went $18/hr but it’s more than just making food and serving people clean up after shifts and make it a clean welcoming environment for people to enjoy.

A&W with a Long John Silver’s, which was a nice surprise combo when thought it was only going to be A&W. The staff were friendly and the food was the quality you’d expect from both fast food chains.

Nasty the hamburger looked amazing and as soon as I grabbed it the buns drenched my hands in grease. Sad I love the root beer but this burger is awful and the bite I took was not very good. Have to hold off on future stops with this experience.

Staff: the people working the counter were very nice. They have our kids little pirate hats.
Building: was clean and spacious.
Food: food was good. I’d recommend the root beer float. At any rate, get the frosted glass for your beverage.

This place is dirty. The tables were not wiped off, and the floor was so greasy you could easily slip and slide with no issue. Disgusting. Food took awhile as well.

So I ordered a small root beer float. Then my next order was a regular fry, regular drink, and a double burger. I don’t eat American cheese. Well they were going to charge me for a cheeseburger and not put cheese on it. They don’t have a button for just a hamburger. NEVER heard of that! The pictures show lettuce and tomatoes and onions. So i said the lettuce and tomatoes and onions are fine. I said I’ll take everything that goes on it, but no mustard. She never told me what comes on it. Everyone puts mustard on a burger so I figured they did. I also asked to buy a mug. Well I never got my second drink. I was charged for lettuce and tomato but never got my lettuce and I never saw the mug on my receipt. So I asked for the lettuce they never put on. Well I stood at the counter and heard someone ask why is that girl back at the counter. The one girl at the drive thru looked at me and yelled back. Not asking what I needed. Just yelling for someone to come out and help. Not a whole lot of manners. I made sure to get a refill since I never got my second drink. And when I was done I asked to buy a mug again. So the girl yelled to the manager in the back and Then I heard yelling of someone say they already the last one the other day. All they do is just yell around there. Doesn’t seem to friendly. I won’t be back. I was supposed to go elsewhere in Davenport so I didn’t want to make the trip from Moline to Davenport. Next time I will since Moline isn’t like this place.

It sad me to leave a mediocre review.
The last 3 times that I have been there. The food has been overcooked, it is obvious. That they are cutting back so that they don’t have to increase costs. However, proportions have gotten smaller by the price. Still continues to go up. The staff would rather be doing something else rather than their job in being.
Serviceable? In the hospitality industry.
Half of the time the drive through speaker doesn’t work. I’ll be looking for a new favorite.

I went last Saturday and there was only one person working. I was ordering and the woman asked me what an item was on the menu like it was me who worked there. She seemed clueless took 10 mins to take our order no other cars in sight. Then it took another 10 minutes to get the food just to find out it was all wrong. Went back thru the drive thru she didn’t question anything told me she never dropped my cheese curds so would now but didn’t mind charging me for them. My burgers were supposed to be plain had everything on them even the kids. There was NOTHING for kids to drink other than soda even tho the menu said “motts” I ordered that and she said “now what is that” please educate ur workers more. I’ll never be back to this location again and make sure I spread the word about the incompetence working
