If I could give this place negative stars I would. I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes to find out they were taking one order at a time & not allowing a car to move until the order before was taken and out the window to the customer? I decided I wasn’t waiting 40 minutes for subpar “fast” food and decided to call the store to ask them to have the car in front of me pull forward so I could exit the drive through, they informed me they “couldn’t do that” although just 2 weeks prior they asked me to do that?? Therefore I had to wait another 10 minutes just for the person ahead of me to pull through so I could leave the god awful establishment. Will never return.

We came through the drive through, the drive through champion was Zach. He was respectful and fast. Our order was on point and everything was fresh and warm.

The last two times I have attended this dingy establishment, I have spent approximately 3 hours total just WAITING on my food. Even me, someone with very little fast food experience on the working side, but an avid eater of it, believes I can go back there and make some tacos faster than 95% of the staff. While I was there, with two of my brothers, there was a total of 4 other people in there. Yes. 7 people total throughout an hour visit. I waited a good 45 minutes to get my 4 tacos, and when it came out, not to my surprise, one was missing. I told the workers they could keep the chalupa, because I wasn’t waiting any longer hahah. McDonald’s would never.

I love me some 12-pack Cinnamon Delights (1000+ calories), they’re so unhealthy but sooo good.

So upon this review I have been back there. A chance for them to redeem themselves. Well I’m glad to report that they have Indeed done that. They did screw up my order but however went above and beyond to make it right. They finally have all menu items like they should. The service and the food is fantastic. Keep up the good work

We arrived there a little after 8 placed our order and then we waited AN HOUR for our food and it was horrible I got the Supreme crunch wrap had no beef on it maybe a bite worth and all it tasted like was a tortilla shell. People in drive thru where getting wrong orders other people got wrong orders. Lest just say I WILL not be back in there. You would have thought with the hour wait we get a small discount or something nope nobody got anything. Taco Bell in linton use to be good but not not so much.

Food was fast but barely put together with ingredients falling out of the shells. The person I was getting help ordering through was kinda rude and had literally no understanding for a 50 year old man who wasn’t used to using a KEYOSK. It made me feel kinda low because I couldn’t use the device to order.

Only leaving 1 star because l have to put something. Ordered 3 soft tacos for my son and all 3 came with like this not even half a taco worth off food on it and paid for extra. My qusidilla was so burnt and hard it was stuck to the paper but felt like it had been in the fridge for hours. not even the baja blast was okay was flat didn’t even have bubbles in it complete wast of money

I have been to this restaurant twice in the last month. The first time I was down there, they messed my order up twice. It’s do the drive through. And tonight, I was there, I ordered 2 chili cheese, burritos, and all I got was tortillas, and I live, I’m 35 minutes away. I do not recommend this restaurant

Staff always seem like good people and the food is generally as expected from any other location. Only downside is that experience over the last few years is pretty consistent where one in every three or five orders is either missing something or made by muscle memory without even looking at order specifics. It’s good practice to go to the side to check everything you receive before leaving. Make sure you have everything you’ve paid for. Detailed rambling below.

Examples like: polluting things with tomatoes when asked without. Entire items missing. Being out of stock on Doritos shells, offered choice of a single hard/soft taco despite significantly different price, then not getting the replacement. Excitedly ordering three Chicken Enchilada Burritos because you have a hankering for the sauce specifically, drive all the way home, then deflate with disappointment when your three Chicken Enchilada Burritos are sans enchilada sauce. Or, most commonly: the default Chalupa combo is Chicken Supreme, but my partner prefers beef. So it’s a gamble on actually getting “beef with no tomatoes” because it’s like the Chalupasmith just sees the title “Chicken Chalupa Combo” on the screen and blacks out as they forge a pair of matching disappointments for her to not eat. The way Taco Bell’s mobile order app handles custom orders doesn’t help because the ONLY way to order any Chalupa combo is to heavily customize a single option: Chicken Supreme – which relies solely on the Chalupasmith’s effort in verifying the order past seeing the combo name.

Despite the detailed, exasperated details, I still can’t hate the location since prep is generally on point when it’s accurate. Except for how they do the (to this location) reintroduction of the long-gone Chili Cheese Burrito. They are offensively light in filling for the price paid and I’ll never forget this heartbreak. >:'(

(Attached is an example of the low-end of the spectrum of what you get: a Spicy Potato Taco with 5-6 kinda hard li’l tatoes.)
