Please please please add a telephone number to your business so we can do call ahead orders. I would order so much more from your business and the other thing that I suggest is please open an hour earlier. A lot of my customers associate this more with a breakfast type food. The product is excellent, but the lack of having a telephone and opening late makes it very challenging.

I love their items, but I was very disappointed today. There are many inconsistencies depending on who is working and who is making my bowl. One day I went in and witnessed two girls making a tiktok with their legs raised. Today, I barely received any of the mango pineapple base. Normally, the bowl is packed FULL of fruit. Today, it looked like they just threw everything on top all willy-nilly. My husband got a nutella bowl with an açaí base. His base was completely frozen. He had to jam into it with a metal spoon. I love the flavors cocobowlz has, but I’m disappointed with the inconsistencies and tiktok-making that is performed. Normally, it is worth my $12 per bowl. Today, it was not.

Duncan sc location was spotless, my bowls was amazing… friendliness wasn’t that great but what irritated me the most was the young lady who took my order & told me they have vegan choices but didn’t know which ones they were…. Learn your products or at least learn how to act like you care verses pointing at the menu and struggling your shoulders. Everyone have bad days but try not to spoil others, my husband picked out the granolas because we wanted to be safe-some granolas are vegan but that depends on what kind of sweeteners are Being used

CocoBowlz was a huge disappointment. The bowls were overpriced for what you get, with portions much smaller than expected and ingredients that didn’t even taste fresh. The acai was icy and lacked flavor, making it feel like a waste of money. On top of that, the service was downright disrespectful. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, barely acknowledged customers, and acted like doing their job was a burden. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My bowls were delicious. My only complaint was the lids aren’t solid. They have a big hole in the center so you can’t really freeze them for another day.
