I used to love this place when I wanted a late night wraps but the past three orders that I’ve gotten from Ubereats have been terrible. This is my last straw, I’ve order a chessesteak which was dry and overpriced but that’s can be debated. But my wrap from photos, yall see why I stopping this now

I wish I could give one star. I ordered with estimated delivery time of 2:30am-2:40am… I called at 2:50am, they told me the driver was leaving in 5 mins. I called them again at 3:20am and the man’s aid the best he could do was give me an estimate of “soon”. I said I want my food and my money back and he very rudely said “you know what? I’m cancelling your order, thank you” and he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible service and workers. Don’t give a delivery time if you can’t meet it and then act like it’s the customer’s fault when your service is absolute garbage.

Editing to add: the owner’s response is trash too :)from the looks of it, this is an ongoing issue that they do not care to fix. And from personal experience, airlines do offer compensation for inconveniences btw.

I love the pizza here have always had great service but they recently hired a new girl and she has zero customer service, she is absolutely terrible! After she processes your transaction she hangs up the phone- no thank you, no eta on delivery, no total. I called back and asked “did we get disconnected?” And she responds “no, I don’t think so?” I then proceed to ask for the total and how long for delivery, she asks “sorry, but what did you order?” Are you kidding? The conversation was 5 seconds ago. Ask for the manager and don’t order from her if she picks up the phone.

This place isn’t sanitary. I’ve ordered a pizza before and there were little bugs crawling under the pizza. I ordered again recently and the wrap was soggy, the lettuce was brown (no surprise, it took 1.5 hours to get delivered) and I found a stink bug deep inside of the wrap. I was absolutely horrified and will never order from this restaurant again. To make matters worse, the owner argues and tells me I didn’t get a stink bug inside my wrap. It looks like the owner argues aggressively with everyone who posts a poor review. This is very unprofessional and not how you run a business. Abysmal customer service and inedible food. The place says it’s open until 4, and we called and ordered at 2 AM for a pizza and some garlic knots. They gladly accepted our order and payment. My friends and I are a 4 minute drive away but we didn’t get our order until after 4:45. We never got a call from them, but we called 3 times to follow up an hour, and hour and a half, and another 15 after that to make sure we were still getting the food we already paid for. The original estimate was 50 minutes. We called and overheard them on speaker saying they didn’t even know if the order was completed. Each time we called we were told the food was 15 minutes or less away. Eventually we got the food close to 5AM, and it was mediocre, which is totally fine for late night food, but don’t tell your customers it’s on the way and it takes 2.5 hours to deliver. Just be more honest or get on top of your ordering-prep process.

One of my family members were admitted to Hahnemann Hospital and I was visiting them. It was late in the night and some of us wanted to have dinner. Found this place that was open and close to us. Had a large order for them. I was told that they were a bit backed up and the cashier told me that it would be almost 60 minutes for delivery. The Manager called my around 60 minutes later and informed me that they were sending the food now and that he was very sorry for being late. He asked what he can do for us. We said we were just looking for good hot food. Food arrived 10 minutes later. To our surprise, we found an extra bottle of soda and a cake; the driver told that these were on the house and that the Manager had asked him to apologize on his behalf for being late. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food was hot and excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. Quality food. I am a fan of this place now.

UPDATE:
I couldn’t reply to your response, but your driver never once called my phone. I had to reach out to Slice to see what was going on with delivery, just to be told that your driver got attacked outside & went back to the restaurant. I have no reason to lie. And in regards to a tip, I pay in cash for that depending on the service.

Placed an order thru Slice for delivery & was beyond disappointed! After waiting an hour & a half they said the driver got attacked trying to deliver my order & this wasn’t the first time (nobody was ever outside my house & I’ve never ordered here before) but he drove back there & said they were sending another driver. Well then they said nobody was coming!!! After I placed the order they called me to confirm & now I get it…they just didn’t wanna deliver to North Philly. Bad business!!!
