The quality of food at this location seems to have gone down recently. They gave us plain white rice without the cilantro or any flavor added. They also do the spoon shake so that less quantity is served. Ridiculously high prices, small portion sizes and mediocre food.

Food was tasty, fresh and the service was really quick. The place is clean and easy to grab a bite. Only thing is, the portions felt a bit small ,not as filling as Sultan’s Kebab. Still good for a quick meal though!

Check your online order before you leave! Ordered thru the app. Missing 2 items and given wrong product (steak given instead of carne asada ordered and paid extra for on two products.) All of which was discovered in the car and once at home. The steak was overcooked and chewy (elderly mother couldn’t eat). What a waste of time. Ended up cooking for the family – so much for convenience. Someone needs to take QC responsibility here. Livermore store much better. Won’t go back here.

I always come here but I had the worst experience today. I ordered a chicken bowl and they put beef in bowl so I asked for a new one. Blessing came at me with a lot of aggression when serving me and when I asked her to replace my guacamole, she threw it at me across the table, watched it fall on the ground, and walked away from me. Check this on the security cameras 🙂 Chasen was great & supportive in helping me write this review. Get better staff

If you are looking for an experience where you are respected and not treated as you are begging for food, I do NOT recommend this place.
The food was good, but the service was very disrespecting. The server responded with only one word, topped with an attitude, and was impatient, while I was the ONLY customer. Ordering took only a minute but he/she seemed like seeing customers was the last thing they wanted to do. I’m talking about the server on Dec 24th, 2-3 PM. If they hated their job so much why dont just do other jobs or don’t work on holidays, when respecting is the bare minimum you can give others?
If this is how reckless the chain is in terms of hiring and traing the staff, then our trust and support are gone.

Arrived on December 16 at approximately 9:50 AM, shortly after opening.
The employee responsible for prep and meat cutting told me there would be a 6-minute wait, which I had no issue with.

However, that same employee showed visible frustration and head-shaking, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful.

Food prep at opening is expected. A customer willing to wait should not be treated with annoyance.
This reflects poorly on staff training and management at this location.

I will not return.

There were TWO pieces of chicken all together in the three chicken tacos I ordered…I started a new job & am unable to leave the premises…Don’t try to blame DoorDash, they’ve never done me wrong. CHIPOTLE DID ME DIRTY, I was hella hungry for my 12hr shift

Bought two veggie bowls. The quantity of the food served was less ( it can feed a 8 year old, definitely not an adult). The cost to the company in making the veggie bowl is cheaper than the meat. At Least they should add a decent quantity of food per bowl. The next customer had taken the chicken bowl and it looked filling.

Rude staff – asked for a side of guac. Normally they fill the little cups but this guy didn’t. And when I asked if he could fill the cup he said “that is full” see picture. They also tried to charge me double cheese even though I didn’t ask for double.

I’m really not sure the motivation behind skimping on the food so much. It makes me wonder what incentive could they have for skimping on the food? But this chipotle is a repeat offender for under filling even going in person.

Updated 2021: Still a really bad Chipotle location. The reviews of others speak a lot. (LONG REVIEW CLICK TO READ) Management needs works. App is horrible. I had placed an delivery order through the the Chipotle app at 8:15PM and received it at 10PM. I had to go to the Chipotle restaurant and ask them if they can cancel my order, they said they could not. How can you not cancel the order if a customer used your app? I had to tell 2 door dashers there that they can cancel my order.

All of the door dashers waiting there (as many as 7) did not keep any Social Distance with one another, basically stood/standed next to each other. I was shocked. I did not feel safe being in that Chipotle.

My brother placed an order at 6:45PM and apparently they never received his order? Why not call him and let him know? My mom and I had to go to the restaurant and tell them to make the order there. I don’t understand how you guys can have such poor management especially during a crisis. There is a thing called crisis management. If you are not able to cancel the order, at least have the decency to call the customer and let them know that their order will be late or that Chipotle is backed up. Chipotle did not even want to pick up any phone calls, having called them 5 times to figure out what was going on.

The order I received for delivery an hour and 10 mins after it said would arrive, I did not get everything I paid for. I asked for extra lettuce on my bowl but never got any lettuce. I also paid got guacamole and chips, and I never received it. Only bowl and tacos that I ordered. So you guys took $4.05 from me.

I get it you guys are new to the area, but this experience was atrocious. I will not be ordering or coming back to get from this specific restaurant. You are better off getting an amazing experience at another chipotle such as the one on Crow Canyon.

I contacted Chipotle support around 8:30PM and they never picked up. I wanted to cancel my order and get my refund but I was stuck eating a late dinner tonight with not all of my food even here.
