This is my fourth time visiting this location, and I usually stop by in the morning to order a shorti hoagie for lunch. I understand mornings can be busy, but it’s concerning that every time I visit, the young lady preparing the sandwiches and breakfast items spends a lot of time having personal conversations with certain customers. This causes unnecessary delays and makes it difficult for others to get their orders in a timely manner—especially those of us trying to get to work.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that if you’re not one of her “regular” customers, her attitude becomes noticeably standoffish, even after greeting her politely. This kind of behavior feels unprofessional, particularly for a company as large and well-regarded as this one. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience at this location.

I will never spend my money at this location ever again. I ordered a pepperoni bagel melt at 5:49Am due to none being at the counter area. I stood there waiting for 25 minutes while all the food service workers walked past me. The store wasn’t even busy. And when i finally spoke up and ask if my order is almost done. They haven’t even started on it yet. I will never go to that location ever again. And way too many sketchy individuals that ask you for money.

Not coming here anymore. Too many sketchy people hanging around the outside begging for money.. not food or coffee. Theres this one guy who works the food counter who always seems to have an attitude and the managers attitude is no better. Don’t work here if your going to be miserable. We are taking our money and business up the street to the Wawa near DSU campus. It seems safer to do so.

This is the best Wawa in the ENTIRE STATE OF Delaware .. Me and my wife go here every morning to get coffee and breakfast for work. From Mrs Jen(gm) down to every worker. Mrs Pam , Mrs. Nova, Mrs. Ruth, Mr. Cordon, Mrs. Jo jo , Mrs. Lacey, Mrs. Helen, Mrs. Anne, (and Mrs Pam again) are not just Wawa employees ,but FAMILY . I don’t say that lightly either . Even when life’s obstacles , and disrespectful people approach them they still remain professional with respect and a smile . Their Wawa etiquette is on point as well as their enthusiasm for the job . I take my hat off to Mrs. Jen because “Her” this store has been the number 1 to me for years …….
