hmmmm…not sure where to start. Shrimp sauce given w/ea order, regardless of other sauces….weird. TN styled Japanese ….I guess. Carrots sweet, Brocolli Teryaki good, just the beef tasted a little ‘off’
like probably shouldn’t serve if it has that flavor.

The hibachi is very good here, about as good as any I’ve had for a “fast food” type hibachi restaurant. Fresh mushrooms, tender chicken, very tasty carrots and fried rice usually all cooked just right…..the best shrimp sauce. Haven’t eaten inside since COVID so can’t comment on that but the staff is friendly and food is ready pretty quickly.

I travel a lot in the US and sample sushi all alomg the way. The UT roll was one of the absolute best sushi I have ever had. That sounds hyperbolic and cliché, but I can not stress enough how fantastic this was. It was fresh, creamy, and an almost emotional experience. You have Got to try this roll.

Coming back to edit this comment. Ill leave the good parts but now giving 1 stars because stealing money isnt right. They did infact give themselves extra tip and charged my card more which is absolutely not right! Wont be back for this reason. Learn to not steal and youd be a great place to eat.
The steak is probably the best ive ever had at a hibachi. I dont really like chewy steak and this was perfect for me. The rice was not the type of fried rice i expected, it didnt seem to have egg in it and was a bit bland. But my favorite thing is how clean it was, the host was ontop of all the cleaning and organizing the hole time.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant, despite the negative reviews. As someone visiting from out of state, I found the hibachi here to surpass what I’ve had back home. The prices and portions are reasonable, and the service was excellent. The chicken was exceptionally tender and perfectly cooked, a delightful surprise given the small-town setting. The staff was courteous, always responding with a ‘thank you’ to any appreciation shown. As for the complaints about water charges, the tap water was free; it seems the issue may have arisen from bottled water orders. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you find yourself in the area!

Driven by this place a lot, decided to get it today, I don’t regret it.

I got something really basic, steak and chicken were well cooked, fried rice & other veggies were cooked great as well.

Thank you.

I’m not sure why this place has a high rating. It was clean enough. The food was fresh but not good.

The problem is that the food had no flavor. The hibachi was very bland. The fried rice was very bland. The scallops were under cooked. Like they just threw them in raw at the end. The carrots were good. They were just slightly sweet steamed carrots though. The shrimp sauce wasn’t bad.

There is an annoying buzzer in restaurant for the drive-thru. It is really loud. They sat us right next to it to make it easier for the waitress to run the drive-thru window. That made it seem even louder. Not much in the way of decor or anything.

Service was OK but nothing special and not exactly personable.

The value is non-existent. The menu is very limited. We spent over $30 on lunch. We didn’t actually eat much of it, a piece or two, we boxed it up and took it home to give it my uncle and nephew. I figured the raw scallops would cook on reheating. My wife’s chicken was as bland as mine. We actually went somewhere else after leaving.

I’d give this one a pass.
