I ordered online through the bww website and the order was taking over an hour to deliver, and then it got canceled. I tried to call to get a refund and they told me I had to call the delivery service, which I did and they refunded me the tip and delivery fee but NOT the actual order refund. They told me it was the responsibility of bww. So I called back and was sent to voicemail over 5x’s. Over an hour later I called back and nobody was able to assist me with getting a refund issued. So now I’m out about $30 and dinner.

The cost of buffalo items is already quite high with my meals. We had requested a total of six ranch dressings, but only two were included in the bag when I received my order. When I inquired about this, I was informed that I had only ordered two, which was incorrect. They then attempted to charge me a dollar for each additional ranch dressing, despite the small size of the cups. I would prefer to go to Wingstop, where I can purchase a larger cup of ranch for 50 cents.

The buffalo wings were dry with a drizzle of sauce on them, some of the buffalo wings had a weird taste to them. I doubt we’ll come back.

Not only is service super slow but the food is too, even when not packed it takes literally ages to get one singular order of wings. No refills either and we’ve been sat for an hour and a half.
