Galaxy Burger is a food truck that really delivers on flavor. We ordered the Mars Burger and the spicy fries, and both were amazing. The burger was juicy, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor, with toppings that worked so well together. The spicy fries had just the right amount of heat and were crispy and fresh.
The portions were generous, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh and made with care. You can tell they put thought into their menu. If you’re looking for a food truck that goes beyond the usual, Galaxy Burger is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Been searching for a new place that serves proper spicy fries ever since my old favourite spot switched from fresh cut to awful frozen crinkle cuts and I finally made my way out here to try theirs out. They are AMAZING! Perfectly seasoned, some real heat to them, and the portion size for the price ($7 for their large) is great. I’ve probably made a grave financial mistake finding this place, because I’m going to be coming back a lot. 10/10, can’t recommend enough 🙂

A MUST TRY! Friendly fantastic service couple with great portioned great tasting fresh food and you can’t go wrong. Burgers were great. Had the double galaxy and buddy had a the dbl mars burger. He slammed that burger down quick like Kirby so I didn’t get a pic of that one.
Poutine portion was huge and lots of cheese and gravy. Spicy fries were great too and the garlic mayo side dip is a must as well.
Visit this local food truck and you won’t be disappointed. Next time it will be a triple Galaxy.

Galaxy Burger is such a great hidden gem. The guys in the food truck are awesome, always friendly and cranking out top-tier burgers. The branding is on point, but more importantly, the food lives up to it.
Everything is fresh, flavorful, and stacked just right- no skimping on toppings or sauce. I’ve tried plenty of burger places in Hamilton, and this one stands out. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.

We’ve been trying to get to these guys for a while and we finally caught them at the Grit and Grain! The staff were so patient and helpful in helping us (incl my 10yo) to pick a burger and fries. We were super happy with our choices and will say the spicy fries are not for the faint of heart and the void is not as hot as you may think – super tasty hot sauce! The regular fries are far from and were very tasty!

Got the Saturn burger and side of spicy fries, $27.00. couldn’t handle the heat on the fries as every fry burnt my tongue. As for the main burger was done perfect. 2 patties each weighing 3 ounces so 6 ounce smash burger. Will visit again when in area. Burger is expensive but worth it.

I am rating this solely on the burger. I ordered a Galaxy burger. And man oh man. It did not disappoint. It was so amazing. $12.95 for burger alone. But worth it. However, do yourself a favour and don’t bother with the fries. They are on par with McCain frozen shoestring fries. And waaaaaaay over priced. $7 for a large fry. Over seasoned. Didn’t enjoy them at all. They would probably suffice if slathered in gravy and cheese curds. But save yourself some money.
