I’ve ordered from here twice now and although the flavours are good, the wings were raw both times 🙁 literally bleeding and it took Deliveroo ages to acknowledge and send a refund. Tasty, juicy burgers however the flavours are a bit bland for my taste. There’s a great selection of sides! The vibe is cool and casual, perfect for a laid-back meal. Service was friendly, though the building had some maintenance issues. Overall, a solid spot for a satisfying burger fix in Norwich.

Not a bad burger.
I get it, photos when advertising are done professionally, made out to be better than what you get but was quite underwhelmed when I received the burger. Wasn’t what I was expecting. Taste was good, got to me in 20 mins. Was cold though but I’m sure this is a place you should visit and not have delivered. Will visit to see if any different, as that seems to be the thing nowadays.

Ordered a chicken meal deal for one, the menu in the restuarant shows £12, the ordering system shows and charges £14. Asked the staff, they couldn’t figure out and insisted the price being £14 which is fine. Ordered buffalo chicken burger but came with a normal mayo burger. Pictures show there should be 2 chicken fillets? But i got only one. The chicken is salty and dry. Fries tasted good though.
Update:
Had my second visit today and tried the truffle cheeseburger. The rich truffle aroma hit as soon as I unwrapped it. The beef was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, with large portion as you could see from the picture, definitely a step up from the chicken burger I had last time.
I ran into the same staff member I spoke with previously about the pricing issue. He recognized me, sincerely apologized, and kindly offered me free wings as a gesture of goodwill, such a nice touch.
The fries were just as great as before, still crispy even as a takeaway. The £9.9 lunch meal deal is a good value indeed. I’ll be back for sure. Hopefully, the early hiccups from the opening period will be fully ironed out soon.

I had the confit garlic cheeseburger with sea salt fries. The burger was freshly made but felt underwhelming in both size and flavour for the price. The fries were decent, though overall the meal offered only average value.
The atmosphere was affected by delivery riders shouting across the space, which made it difficult to enjoy. Bringing in more staff could help streamline service and improve the overall dining experience.

I did find the burger salty but I told them, Norwich has just opened.
The truffle mayo needs more truffle flavour.

Come to SoBe if you appreciate consistency in burgers and fries. I have ordered these the most so I will only review the burgers and the fries.
SoBe offer a wide range of different types of fries to compliment your burger, usually I will get a meal deal for one or two whenever I go in, either to share with a friend or eat myself if I’ve got the appetite.
I’ve never been disappointed by any of their food, and as I am not huge on chicken wings and have only had them a couple of times there, I can’t give a fair review on them as I am not passionate about them.
I have had the Cajun, Hot Honey, and Buffalo Chicken burgers from SoBe and they’ve ticked all the boxes. Tender and Succulent Chicken with the perfect ratio of bun, sauce and salad.
If you’re a burger enthusiast and don’t want to break the bank, come to SoBe and dine in, as it’s always better.

Ordered on deliveroo and the beef burger had a horrible hard crust and tasted awful. I know a good smash burger should have a crust but this was ridiculous, tasted burnt and bitter. Chicken burger was okay but was falling apart before we even touched it. Chicken tenders just taste like supermarket chicken strips. Photos are very misleading. Asked for a refund on the burger and received 80p, what a joke

I got the vegan cheeseburger which came with zero extras, tomato, gherkin, lettuce etc… no option to add them… very standard burger and loaded fries were pretty dry. I wanted to love it but I can’t lie, I dont think I’ll be back. It is their first week though and the staff looked pretty anxious, maybe it will pick up.
