Quality of the food has gone way down. Our last order the pizzas had barely any sauce and we’re extremely dry. Wings were the same, hardly any sauce and flavorlessly dry. Not to mention their delivery driver left the gate to our fence open after leaving almost causing our dogs to get out when we let them back outside. Definitely not worth it for the price anymore. Its sad when Little Caesars is better than Papa John’s now.

Yikes. The pizza tasted like it was an hour old, dry and sad. Barely any cheese or toppings. “Cardboard” gets thrown around too often, but in this case- it deserves it. The chicken was actually repulsive, made me feel gross and nauseous. They just like drizzle some sauce over the pathetic “chicken” too? At least spin them in the sauce…

I have been here several times and honestly the lady in black shirt making the orders is not very happy with her job I can tell today 8/27/2025 at about 5pm I witnessed how a young boy who I assume is new employee was struggling figuring things out and this lady just looking at and doing nothing didn’t really care as a teammates het job is to be accountable and help him out I can’t believe how rude and bully people can be honestly

I had to go to my bank and put in a dispute because they like to tip themselves. Had to call customer service to complain about this. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again and will suggest everyone else to look at their bank statements to see if you were charged extra for a tip

Very disappointed. We ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza Well Done. It was so doughy that we had to put it in our oven to cook it to be edible. All the extra toppings were all in a bunch on 3 pieces of pizza instead of being spread out on one half. I picked it up on time, but it wasn’t even hot. Had trouble ordering with the app also. The price of the pizza was almost $30. That’s outrageous!

Despite me unselecting the extra cheese they still added it anyway. They forgot the sausage and had to add it after the pizza was baked. And only 2 slices were cut through all the way. Plus the taste overall was less than mediocre.

The guy working the morning i went in was really cool. He got a very big order the moment they opened and was the only person working. This caused my pizza to take very long. I was ok with it as I could see he was overwhelmed. He refused any money for my pizza and that was very respectable for him to see that my wait was more than it should have been. Thank you for being prodessional and caring about the customer. Get thus guy more help!!!
