First review ever ! I’ve had a horrible morning & I thought maybe some coffee would make me feel better . Ordered my coffee and this is what I got . It’s not even filled all the way up . I bet you if I transferred this into a grande cup it would be filled . Please give me what I payed for . I’ve had a tough morning I didn’t have the energy or time to ask why it wasn’t filled up to what I payed for .

I rarely ever treat myself. Im from San Antonio and I have always ordered a large White Chocolate Mocha. This was the first time I had visited Starbucks in Athens. It was horrible. It tasted like old watered down coffee thats been sitting out for a while. I was so crossed out. I will never go to this Starbucks again.

Had a great experience at the Athens Tx Starbucks The London Fog was outstanding and when I ordered the same thing here in Palestine Tx and the difference was palpable.
The order was served in the wrong cup , was transferred into an inside cup and was lukewarm it was terrible and I want a refund.
(I don’t know how I ended up with a Canadian location on what was meant to be this review. Perhaps its the weather ☔️) in closing,

This was my first visit to this location. It was also THE MOST watered-down mocha frappe I’ve ever had in my life. I even had ordered 2 extra shots of expresso. Very nice employees though.

Newly opened. Nice to finally have a sbux in Athens. Drive thru line was really long and slow in the afternoon (~3 pm) so we went inside. Staff appeared unsure about what’s going on. A few customers from drive thru had to come back in as they received wrong orders. We had to wait quite a while to get our order and there was no one else in the store (still faster than drive thru and at least they have less chance of screwing up my order). Inside was clean and spacious. The drink was not good. Very icy for a strawberry frappuccino. This new location needs a lot of work since it just opened. There was enough staff but needs ALOT more training. Will give it another chance someday.

Try not to stop at this location if you can. Staff is always rude every single time I go in. Never have I been greeted at this location. This particular incident, which I’ve had several other similar experiences and it’s just gotten out of hand at this point. Anyways, I walk in for my order placed online, my food is there but not my drink, I see my drink on the counter half made just sitting there. I watch the staff make 10 other drinks pushing mine to the side, after about 10-15 minutes of standing there I finally say excuse me I’m sorry but I think that’s my drink sitting there half made that I’ve been waiting for. The barista looks at me and says oh I didn’t start that one so I’m sorry, like okay bc you didn’t start my drink means I have to sit here and watch you make everyone else’s drink and leave mine?? She made my drink, slammed it on the counter and said have a great day with such a shitty attitude. This location is complete crap.

This was hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Extremely fast service and the drinks were all the best ones we’ve had from a Starbucks. Efficiency and professionalism was on point. Every member of our 7 person group reported these as the best drinks we’ve had. Great job everyone definitely recommend!!
