Travelers beware: this location has absolutely no public restrooms and no seating. It is strictly a grab-and-go spot.
We stopped here hoping for a break to stretch our legs, but I ultimately had to walk through the snow to the nearby Panera just to use a restroom. The experience was a wake-up call; we realized we prefer the warm atmosphere and food options at Panera anyway. While the staff here might be fine, the ‘no amenities’ format isn’t welcoming for travelers. We will be taking our road trip business elsewhere from now on.

Common Sense vs. Policy
I go to Starbucks every day—for coffee and a pastry. Every single day.
Today, I had my sweet 3-year-old granddaughter with me when she suddenly said, “MeMe, I have to go to the potty really, really bad.” We were on State Street in Westerville, and I told her to hang on because there was a Starbucks coming up where we could use the restroom and then get a cake pop.
What I didn’t realize was that after the remodel, this location no longer allows customers to use the restroom.
I explained the situation to the woman at the counter. Her response was simply, “No, we don’t have a restroom. Sorry.” I asked what employees do when they need to use the restroom. She offered no solution, no empathy, and no attempt to make an exception under the circumstances.
She asked two employees—one of whom was the manager—and the answer was still no.
This was an awful decision. Policy was placed ahead of common sense and basic human empathy. Ironically, this is the same location where employees are talking about striking because they feel they aren’t treated fairly.
Situations like this require people to think, not just recite policy. Make an exception. Be human. Walk us to the restroom and wait if policy is truly the concern. There were simple solutions available.
Instead, the response felt cold, mean, and unnecessary. These are the moments people remember—and not in a good way.

Worst Starbucks location. Good luck trying to get in or out of the parking lot and drive thru. This used to be such a cozy, relaxing Starbucks and now it is a pick up only location so no seating, nobody even greets you when you walk in if they acknowledge you at all. It’s terrible. They completely ruined the essence with the remodel. I hate this location now. Don’t waste your time. I even ordered ahead for drive thru pickup which was supposed to be ready at 11:04. I went inside because drive thru line is jammed up and they did not have my order there. So back to the nightmare drive thru line. I’m still waiting in and I am 6 cars back. Only 1 car has moved up in 5 minutes. I’ve been in line for 14 minutes.

Went through the drive through to order a peppermint white hot chocolate, had to correct the person ringing it in three times and it was still wrong. Got my drink and it’s still wrong. Yesterday I went through and ordered the exact same thing and it was on the ordering screen correct and it was made correctly. Why is it so hard to be consistent. This is not the first time I’ve had issues.

I used to love this location but with no seating any longer and never enough staff, patronizing this one is torture. Please bring back the cafe seating or make it a completely drive-thru only and place enough staff to keep the line moving. McDonalds has excellent drive-thru units that are quick and pleasant to use–Please do the same with this Starbucks location.

Can never get coffee when I need it because this specific location is ALWAYS closed, despite cars being in the lot and people being inside haha
Sad that theyre not trying to compete with the one in the kroger, literally right across the street. Shame

A usually slow location, I made a mobile order this morning 15 minutes ahead of time. Arrived to find the lobby closed (again) and now I’m trapped in a massive line with no way to cancel the order. Whoever manages here needs to find a new line of work – all of the recent one star reviews tell the story.

This location should be closed. They cannot make a simple drink with just the standard four ingredients that come in it. They are rude and my cup constantly smells like perfume as if they are spraying it right by the cups. I will never go back to this location and have already sent corporate an outlined, well documented complaint. Avoid this location like the plague.

The absolute slowest and worst Starbucks experience of my life! The entire drive-through lane, which was at least 15 cars long, went through the drive-thru while we still were standing inside waiting. What I thought was going to be a treat for my daughter before her first day of eighth grade turned into her being five minutes late to school. I will never return to the Starbucks again and you should not either.Any other coffee shop is a much wiser decision. Oh, and the oat milk used in my shaken espresso was curdled.

Worst Starbucks ever. It’s cold, uninviting, and not a pleasant atmosphere. It’s take out only, yet the drive thru is incredibly slow. They should just close the in-store pickup and focus on drive-thru since they do not offer seating inside anyway.
