Somebody needs to teach these people that not to ignore minorities when they are waiting to be helped. I was ignored twice today to the point where I had to leave the store when people before me just stood in front of me for a DoorDash and they gave them the DoorDash and they were on the way within a minute. The person in the back looked at me twice didn’t even ask if he can help and turn around and kept walking

The fine gentleman in charge (“CHARLES” at the Pizza Hut location on FEDERAL WAY in Boise, Id) was absolutely outstanding in customer service!! (Hailey & Mark were extremely kind & helpful as well!) I will never go to another Pizza Hut location even if I have to drive a great distance. I live in Idaho City & I drive down just to be serviced by these fine exceptional employees…the pizza is a bonus as well!

I ordered the Big New York Pizza, and I think they brought me one of those cardboard thin pizzas that are $1.00 in walmart. This is as far as it gets from a New York Style. Don’t let the advertisement picture fool you! This is a false advertisement! Hardly any cheese at all. Won’t order this again! $25 For Delivery Rip Off

This was our first time here at Pizza Hut and didn’t really know it was here next to Walgreens and next to a truck stop. I placed my order online pizza hut app and the pizza was Amazing. We have tried this Large Thin Crispy Crust with Beef, Bell peppers and Mushrooms and it was Perfect. These guys were right on and made it to perfection just as we ordered it. The Best ever. We’ll Definitely be back.

Greatly appreciated the kindness when I ordered! Friendly service. I mentioned I was on a road trip, and he asked if plates and napkins would be helpful. Loaded me up with a whole bag full! He also gave us the key to the employee only restroom so my toddler could go potty. Pizza was hot, fresh, and just what we needed after hours of driving!

This place is the best! Im just lucky enough to have it be my local pizza place. Great service! Great attitudes! Mom and i were both hollering at him over the phone, how annoying right! He was chill, heard everything we said and had it all correct without any attitude. They had smiles and were super friendly. Im blessed to have it be my pizza place.

Have been a customer of this same location for a few years. The manager and its staff are always friendly, in a great mood, greet you as you come in, make you feel welcome. And the food is always made perfectly to order, have never had an issue with any of my orders. Top tear service. I continue to come back to this location due to the outstanding customer service and quality of service provided.
