I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time and order salads at least 3–4 times a week, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Yesterday, I received a salad that had a screw inside of it.
I immediately called the restaurant, not to be confrontational, but out of concern. Unfortunately, the response was very unprofessional. There was no apology, and the person who answered the phone became defensive right away, repeatedly stating that it was “impossible” and that it “could not be them.”
Instead, they blamed the DoorDash driver, suggesting that the driver somehow opened a stapled bag, tampered with the salad, and then restapled it with a screw inside—which felt unrealistic and dismissive. I was also not initially believed and was asked to provide a photo before the concern was taken seriously.
Accidents can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them matters. As a frequent customer, I expected concern, accountability, and at the very least, an apology. Sadly, that was not the case.

The food is very decent. delicious and useful. I had an unpleasant incident with the manager, I was not satisfied with the amount of strawberries. so, they went to the meeting, it is very nice that they can provide good service. This is a great option to take food and eat on the way. That’s good.
