Went there for a meal. The sweet tea seems to have different tastes than the other store. The chicken and sauce are great and moist. Really like it and service was quick.

Went to the Raising Cane’s grand opening today, and I have to give credit where it’s due—the customer service was excellent. Everyone was so happy and cheerful, and the energy inside was lively and fun. Their advertising and social media game is absolutely amazing; they really know how to get people excited and bring in the crowds.

That said, all the hype in the world can’t change the fact that the menu is lacking. It’s literally just chicken fingers or a sandwich. If they want people to actually come back, they seriously need to upgrade and add some variety.

Honestly, I’d rather get my chicken tenders from Popeyes if I want something crunchier. Even the sauce was confusing—was it ranch? Thousand Island? I have no idea what it was supposed to be.

Bottom line: It doesn’t matter how much advertising you do if the menu is this basic. Great opening atmosphere, but the food was a letdown.

Great food, great customer service, great operational effectiveness. With cars surrounding the drive-through on its first day open, I expected a longer wait, but I was pleasantly surprised. Hats off to the team.

The sauce is what keeps me staying.

Customer service here is insanely good, let’s see how long they can keep it up!

Sub cole slaw for toast, and ask for extra crispy chicken!

So happy RC landed in East side. Chicken strip are good. The fries a bit salty and garlic bread not toasted. The drive through service is great.

Finally a Cane’s near me ! The chicken strip game is up a notch or 2. I ordered the 4 strips plate but sub’s the fries for another slice of their yummy bread ! Moist solid white strip la – not super fried or greasy. Brand new and clean location.

Service was great, but I got no canes sauce AT ALL with my meal. How are you gonna serve us our food without the most important part… even paid extra for an additional 2 and didn’t receive them either. Disappointed :/

Average food with average customer service at slightly above average price. I did drive thru and the associates were not trained well or clueless. One associate would tell me to stop moving while another would tell me to move my car up. It was confusing. I am goimg to stick with Chick Filet for my fried chicken addiction.

Chicken is excellent but all they have for sides is starch. would be nice if they had something green as a side green beans or something.
