I’m writing this review to particularly to give the young woman working the WHOLE entire store herself today, the recognition she deserves. Not only was she taking orders, making all the orders, answering the phones, and managing the payments…she did it all with the best attitude ever! Which is so, so impressive to see and she deserves all the gratitude! She also deserves a raise. Most would not have been capable to manage that all herself and having to constantly apologize for things taking “longer” to every single person had to be exhausting to her. She did not let on about how stressed I would assume she was. These 5 stars are just for the woman working today!

I order here often , (like embarrassingly often) the staff are all so kind, especially the main delivery driver that always has cool glasses. I had an issue today with my order having the wrong drink, they immediately brought the right drink and even added a brownie as well! I will definitely stay a reoccurring customer and I do recommend this location to anyone looking for fast delivery and good food !

Ordered ONE unwich at 2:30pm, it arrives at 3:40pm literally sopping wet and all soggy. So gross, this is the worst jimmy johns around in terms of quality and service. Tipped the guy well too!

I ordered two sandwiches and was told after paying that “it was going to be a wait” and was handed a cup for a water to then immediately be told that their fountain drink machine was down. I should’ve been tipped off by the congregation of over 10 people waiting on their food and no one being served in the ten minutes I waited. Catering / online orders kept popping up and for the first time in my life I left an already paid for meal. I can’t imagine the “freaky fast” wait would’ve been any less than a half hour at best, whereas most Jimmy John’s wait times are 1-10 minutes, max.

Worst service ever. It’s taken ONE HOUR for my delivery order to get to me, and I’m in the apartment complex right across the street. I understand the store is under-staffed but if you can’t fulfill basic customer service requirements due to staffing issues then just don’t offer delivery at all. This is an embarrassment and the store owner should seriously consider firing the manager and replacing them with someone more competent. This is the fourth time this has happened in the last few months by the way – not just a fluke.
