Chick-fil-A always does a wonderful job. Staff are always cheerful and professional. We went thru the drive through today. The manager (I think) was very personable while we waited for our food. They forgot our mayo, but he was very quick to resolve that issue. We noticed later also that we didn’t get napkins. But to be honest that is really not picking. We would not hesitate to spot by again when in the area.

Visiting my wife’s hometown this week and we were DELIGHTED to see that it now has a Chick-Fil-A! It’s a favorite where we live, however it’s so popular that there is usually a line wrapping around the building three times to get into a Chick-fil-A. We were impressed with the friendly and fast service in Mason, compared to what I just described, and there is plenty of room for you and your family here. No huge lines! Just friendly hometown service. So go check it out, all it’s missing is YOU! And the food is delicious.

My first Chick-fil-A experience was the best one I’ve had at any fast food restaurant I’ve visited in the States so far, the manager Kevin at the Mason branch was an absolute delight and that alone was a 5 star experience, food is great and will be our go to splurge from now on.

Staff very friendly! Manager was also very friendly, thanked everyone for coming had a conversation with us about where we are from, and things we can do in the area. Was only my 2nd time going to a chic fil a and it was a great experience!
We got fries, kids meals, chicken tenders and spicey chicken sandwhich. The spicey chicken sandwhich was very hott and it was not able to be eaten all the way because it was super spicey.

Mason City Chick-Fil-A is awesome. Owner Kevin Melott helped me out, I was stuck with a food voucher for United Airlines for a very long delay. Mason City airport doesn’t have any restaurants, being a smaller city most don’t know how to handle these, Kevin knew exactly what to do and took care of me. I was also impressed while enjoying my delicious food, that Kevin as the owner was as busy as the other employees by delivering food to the tables and taking orders, it was nice to see that he didn’t think he was above his employees to help them. The restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend this location. Thank you again.

Love Chik-fil-A. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of them, including this one. Food is always delicious, service is consistently terrific, and the prices are reasonable for the portions you get. Plus their chicken noodle soup is fantastic!

Normally chick-fil-A is good food and services. This one was exceptional. We were traveling from Missouri to visit relatives and stopped in for lunch. I’m glad we did. I spoke with the owner and was blown away by his compassion and drive to have the best experience available for the customer- exactly what we got! Awesome job.

I’m typically a chicken fan because I’ve had some much that was just dry. Not this Chick-fil-A it was so juicy and tasted amazing. Its also great to see the store owner Kevin working trying to help with a packed restaurant. All around great job.

I’m 6’3 and dropped my coffee I got from them in the morning, dropped from about 5 feet high. As it was falling the only thing I could think about was how bad my day was going to be without my coffee. God bless that cup cause it didn’t break. From 5 feet…. Plastic cup…
